2001 Tiffin Motorhomes Allegro 31DA, This is the one you have been looking for. Everything works and it has a brand new Cummins Onan 4000 watt generator with less than 1 hour on it. Brand new front tires and rear tires are in like new condition. Super large 17' side canopy in excellent condition. Carpeting in the living room and bedroom of the motorhome is less than a year old, as is the wood flooring in the kitchen and bath areas. The large 13' living room slide gives you plenty of space to relax and entertain. All seats have a seat belt including the dinette. Front of coach has two large captains chairs. Middle features a couch that folds into a full size bed. There is also a captains chair in the living room. The dinette seats 4 adults comfortable and folds down into a bed. Living room has a large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player. Kitchen has dual sinks, a gas stove and range, and microwave. Freezer and refrigerator work great! Motorhome features a split bathroom with a tub and shower on one side and the head and sink on the other. The bedroom has a queen side bed and a slide which contains a giant closet. Bedroom has its own TV that receives satellite/cable/DVD signal. RV has hydraulic level jacks that have been serviced within the last 5 years. Makes leveling the RV a breeze. Awnings that cover the slides have been replaced and are in excellent condition. I also installed a brand new wireless backup camera with sound less than 6 months ago. I had this RV fully inspected by the Ford dealer in town and it has a clean bill of health. No leaks!! This coach drives like a dream with the large 19.5 wheels. 2002 Tiffin Motorhomes Allegro 31DA, This Tiffin Allegro 31DA is 32 feet long and built on a Workhorse chassis with a GM 8.1 vortec engine. It has 49,000 miles and received a recent tune-up including synthetic oil change, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires and new air filter. Batteries and windshield wipers were replaced about a year ago. It is in excellent condition inside and out. We have made multiple improvements in the last year including new radio with flip out touch screen that includes GPS, flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, wife blue ray player, hi arc pull-down faucet in the kitchen and new shower heads in the bath and outside shower and more. The entire coach was re-sealed this year including the roof, windows, etc. It has a dual AC units, a hydraulic leveling system, Onan 5500 generator with low usage and a central vacuum. The motorhome sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom, drop down table and jack knife sofa. There is a generous tub/shower combo. The coach has ample storage inside and out. There are day/night custom blinds on the windows as well as privacy awnings. There are two slides, both with their own awnings. One is in the bedroom for the closet and additional walking room. The larger slide is in the main living area for the table and couch. The main slide has windows on the side to make the space bright and feel very spacious.
