Time Out motorcycle camper in very good condition. Fully carpeted living area and queen size sleeping area. Folds out to 16 foot long, 6 1/2 feet tall and 5 1/2 feet wide. Sleeps two on a queen size sleeping area. Large living area with map table (table with map of the United States) an option that costs $110.00. Cooler package on front of trailer with ice chest and fairing that is a $319.00 option. Gives your camper a sleeker and more aerodynamic look. Has an opening for an air conditioner to fit in on the side of the camper, this camper sells with a small air conditioner and an air conditioner stand that is a $109 option. Takes 5-10 minutes to have your camper positioned, opened and set up. Camper can be moved around by hand, very well balanced. Everything is off the ground to keep dry and clean. Zip out windows (see picture) have screens and covers for ventilation and warmth. When set up the ice chest is reached by a zipper on the side of the camper for access without leaving the camper. Hey all, it's time for me to sell off this camper. I've had it for a little over 6 months and it's been an absolute blast. This is the only camper that will allow you to transport motorcycles, dirtbikes, atvs, UTVs and give you a place to sleep in too! The tilt feature means that you can load bikes and ATVs without a separate ramp. It can fit two bikes side by side easily. I am selling off my track bike and dirt bike, so I no longer have a need for a dual purpose camper. I will be moving on to a small rigid camper.Set up is super easy, only taking about 15 minutes. You can set it up to have two twin beds and a table, or one large king and a half size sleeping surface. This camper combines the ability to sleep on a hard surface, with the open air feeling of tent camping. The camper weighs only 840 lbs which means even a Prius could pull it! Also doesn't impact your MPGs as much as a larger camper. It is very compact in the transport mode and will fit in a standard garage. Don't get this camper if you don't like attention! Everytime we take it out people come from all across the campground to see it in action. 1986 Rockwood XL. I purchased this camper last December. It was in pretty bad condition besides the canvas. I spent this past winter rebuilding the roof from scratch, along with the rear end of the camper due to rot. We just used it to camp at Hocking Hills last weekend, and made it through a heavy rainstorm without a drop of water in the camper. The good: Weighs 1600lbs and tows fantastic behind anything with a V6. Gives our Minivan no issues at all.All new electrical:dual breaker box2 20 amp breakersa water proof outside outlet2 amp DC converter (repurposed from an old External PC harddrive)All new LED lighting inside and outside. Dual interior lights, and yellow outside light (to keep bugs away)All new trailer brake lights and marker lightsAll new trailer wiring harness (uses 4 prong plug for tow vehicle)Rebuilt roofThe only thing left from the old roof is the metal brackets and the fiberglass skin. Any holes in the fiberglass were patched with Bondo Fiberglass repairAll new 2x4 and 1/2" Plywood roof constructionPainted with white elastomer roof paintRebuilt rear of camperReplaced rot in floor under both dinette seats with pressure treated 1/2" Plywood.Replaced rear fiberglass with a sheet of aluminum. The fiberglass was beyond repair.Reinforced rear wall with additional 2x4 construction. I'm 300lbs and sleep on the back bed with no worries.Brand New Kenda tires and Load Star rims, rated for 2000lbs. Also comes with a spare of the same.Axle has been flipped under the spring, to raise the height of the camper in order to fit larger tires. The old tires were only 8" and rated for 55mph. The new tires are 12" and I've towed it at 75mph with no issues at all.New Timken Bearings and Timken Bearing grease in wheel hubs.Greased lift system with lithium grease (same thing you'd use for a motorcycle chain)Tons of storage under the seats and countertop120 volt mini fridge comes with the camper. It has a tiny little freezer compartment as well.120 volt GoldStar brand window unit AC comes with the camper. The previous owner cut the canvas and installed a zipper to put the AC in its place. I made a bracket so that it will sit level that bolts to the door frame. The AC will keep the camper COLD.New roof vent installed. You have no idea how hard it was to find one of these, they don't make this size anymore. I happened to find a new old stock auction on ebay for it.Camper comes with 2 scissor jacks (procured from a junk yard) to level the front end. There are extendable spring loaded sand jacks installed on the back bumper.Spare tire holder welded to front of the camper. (not pictured below, I removed the spare tire since the camper is sitting in my drive way, I didn't want the tire to go missing)Propane tank holder on front of camper - however there are no propane appliances. I will include an awning I made (pictured below) out of a tarp with a wire stitched into it so you can slide it into the awning holder on the roof. Will also include PVC poles.New smoke detector installed in interior ceiling.All windows besides front bed side drivers side are in good shape.I put about 100 hours of my time this winter into rebuilding this thing.The Bad:Canvas has some patches. All patches have been applied with Duck Canvas from the fabric store and waterproof canvas/leather glue.Front drivers side window is stitched shut due to zipper being broken. Previous owner did this.I can't remove the bumper stickers without it taking some paint with it. I will include whats left of the white paint so you can fix any issues.I do not have the table for the dinette. You can make or buy one.The previous owner removed the interior stove, the water tank, and the 3 way fridge. I do not know why. There is no sink, stove, water, etc. The fridge included is 120 volt only. I fiber glassed over the water hookups on the exterior. Why am I selling it if I spent all winter on the rebuild?We got a killer deal on a larger camper that I couldn't pass up, and with our growing family we'll need the space.My loss is your gain. It saves me a few bucks to list it for 7 days, and since we're not making anything on it at this price...we're saving every penny we can! And no - offering to buy it outside of eBay won't save you a cent. All of this doesn't mean it's a "bad" unit...it's just housecleaning time on our fully-packed lot. This camper has been here for a while, for one reason or another (color, age, weight, layout, whatever), and with all the fresh trade-ins we're getting it's time for us to make some space. That means...YOU get to SAVE MONEY. This is actually a nice, solid little camper! Sure, it's a 23 year old popup...but all in all? It's held up VERY WELL. The floors and walls are solid. The cabinets look decent. The dinette table has some wear from being moved around for the last 2+ decades but it looks good too. The cushions and mattresses and curtains look good. The stove lid could use a fresh coat of rust-oleum paint and the kitchen sink needs a new faucet, but there are NO ODORS and like I said - the hard parts are nice and solid! Even the ceiling looks really good! The worst part about this camper - again, a 23 year old popup - is the tenting. It's not Sunbrella - this was before they started doing that. This is Evolution3 fabric - the stuff they make car covers from. There's some holes here and there from age (and probably careless storage), in the E-3 fabric and in the windows/screens. All of them look like they've been taped up, though, and even though it's not very neat or pretty...it should keep the weather and bugs out for you until you get a chance to either properly patch, or completely replace, the tenting.  You can find new tents easily online - there's a heck of a market for these old Colemans, because the campers are so well built! This one, at (literally) a dollar a pound? DEFINITELY worth fixing up - it's a really neat little camper!  The outside is about the same as the inside - nice solid hard-parts, with just the tenting being the bad part. It looks like they were using some of that spray-sealer on the seams - that's all I can think the black stuff is. Probably wouldn't have been my choice, but...well...at least they were trying. Honestly...their "fixes" look worse than the rips and tears!! But the lift system looks (and works) great. Sidewalls and end caps look great. The graphics actually look good too! The tires look nice, there's no electric brakes to worry about because it's so lightweight so all it has is a 4 pin flat plug for your tow vehicle. Fix up some soft goods, and you'll have a GREAT little camper here! Honestly - this camper would be worth more money to us if we parted it out. But then we'd have all that labor time taking it apart...and quite frankly, it's just too darned solid to tear it apart! It deserves a new set of canvas, and another 23 years of camping fun! Is it basic? Sure - no heat, no air, no fridge, no hot water...but that's also no stuff to break or replace. Want to get into camping without blowing the budget? No need to upsize your car or truck? That means...YOU get to SAVE MONEY. It may be basic - just a cooktop, sink, dinette, cabinets, and 2 beds - but boy is this one CLEAN! They were taking good care of this Taos! The upholstery and curtains look great. The cabinets look great. The ceiling looks great. They converted the dinette table and the stove platform over to nicely-sanded plywood, instead of the factory pressboard that would sponge up rainwater and swell if you used them outside - now you can let your stove and table get rained on, and not worry about them! There are NO ODORS. The floor is solid. This is just a neat, clean, basic little Coleman with a neat, clean, basic little price tag! Check out the photos below - you'll see how nice it is! Just like the inside - nice, clean, straight, basic. No signs of accident damage. The tents look GREAT on this one, the roof looks good, the tires look good, the lights look good, even the ABS front and rear panels look good! There's some stickers on the outside, but you can remove them if you want - it looks to me like this was owned by a younger person/couple judging by the Thule roof racks and the content of the bumper stickers, definitely lots of outdoorsy stuff in those stickers! They kept the camper in nice shape, too. The frame has some surface rust discoloration on it, but the photos make it look worse than it really is. There are no flakes, no soft spots, no scale...just hit it with some rust-oleum paint and she'll look as good as new!  If you're looking to get started with an RV, but don't have a ton of cash, don't have a big tow vehicle, don't have a huge place to park something...this could be a perfect answer. It's clean, it's basic, it's inexpensive, it gives you room to grow, you can try out the whole experience without breaking the bank, and it doesn't need...well, anything that we've been able to find, in order for you to take it out and start camping. That means...YOU get to SAVE MONEY. This is another nice clean older Coleman that we took on trade here at our dealership, and overall it is in nice condition both inside and out. These older Colemans are desirable - they built them very well and they LAST! You can see that with this camper - it's thirteen years old now, but everything is in really nice shape, and now is the time to buy because we've got some great prices on these popups. Place your bid - you never know where the reserve may be, you just might be able to steal yourself a camper here! This Santa Fe has a nice clean interior - no odors, lots of storage space, good upholstery, nice curtains, nice mattresses and good looking appliances. You get a nice 3 way fridge to keep your food cold; an LP furnace to keep you nice and warm on those cooler nights; there's a 3 burner cooktop inside and a portable LP grille for outside (that's the bag under the dinette table). And you have a galley sink that can run either off city water hookup, or from the 10 gallon under-floor tank. The floors are solid and all the furnishings look great, and so do the tents. There are a couple small ripples in the ceiling from past water leaks, but that's not unusual on these campers with the bike rack setup on the roof - people forget to seal them until after they see the ripples. But we've had crazy-heavy rain here lately and nothing inside the camper feels wet, so I'm guessing it was exactly like I said - the owner let the seals slide one rainstorm too long, they saw the ripples pop up, and then they re-sealed the roof (like you're supposed to do every year, on any RV, new or used). But that's it - a couple ripples that barely show up in the photos. If you're looking for a nice, well-equipped nicely-built popup camper to get started camping, or just to have as an "extra" camper? This could be a great choice! Just like the inside, the outside of this one looks great. Nice tents and screens, good graphics, no signs of accident damage, nice stepper door, good looking tires. It's just...nice, and clean, and straight. And you do have a luggage rack up top with standard bike rack mounts (they're either Yakima or Thule, I couldn't tell which logo was on them), so if you want you can add bike clamps or kayak clamps or whatever-clamps you want, so you can head out to the wilderness with your exercise toys right there on top of your popup!
