We have a 34' Winnibago Adventurer with a 16' super slide-out with awning. Gas, 74,320 miles, runs great. On a Chevy chasis, good tires, power steering, auto, cruise. It has a rear bedroom with queen bed, built-in laundry hamper, couch and dinette makes out to beds. The queen mattress is new, still wrapped in plastic. Hydraulic leveling jacks, equiped with a hitch, electric stairs, 16' awning, and it has a Onan 5000 generator (386 hours on it) with remote start/stop controls. Kitchen has a 3 burner range, oven, microwave and oven vent. Large refrigerator and freezer, lots of storage space around the unit. My wife and I bought this to snowbird with, but with her ill health, we have to stop doing so. A little over a year ago we replaced the hot water tank (gas) with a new one. Less than a year ago the 16' awning was replaced as the old one was worn. A new Dometic 13,500 BTU air conditioner (parts & labor 2 year warranty) was installed last summer. Also last summer I had a new cab air compressor replaced (parts & labor 2 year warranty), so they are running good and cold. Furnace works great also. We were living in it, so I wanted everything running great. I just recently replaced the carpeting in the main living area since we were getting ready to sell. It has an raise up antenna and also a satelite dish on the roof, but I have no idea how they work (we always used the park's cable). Lots of basement storage including a huge section that a person could crawl through, from side to side. The rig needs a little TLC, but all major components are working fine. No pictures of the unit with the slide-out open, as I now have it in storage and the RVs are packed in there like sardines. Some dummy (me) left the ceiling vent open this winter, so rain did come in and stained the area around the vent - the mouse-fur ceiling will have to be cleaned by the new owner. No contracts. I think I have priced the unit fairly for a quick sale. No more snowbirding for us. :o(

FOR SALE IS A CHEAP 32' 2006 FOREST RIVER CHEROKEE 285B, 2 SLIDE OUTS, BUNK BEDS, asking $7000!! OUTSIDE::The outside is in decent condition. It has decent sides, good paint, good stripes, decent wheels/tires, 30 amp power service, electric front leveling jacks, rear leveling jacks, basement storage, gas furnace, gas water heater, holding tanks, roof air, 2 slide outs, rear ladder, and a porch awning. INSIDE: The inside is also in decent condition. At the rear of the camper is the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a slide out that has a set of bunk beds, dresser, closet, and TV hookups. In the middle of the camper is the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a double sink, Magic Chef stove, Emerson microwave, Dometic fridge/freezer, nice counter top space, and cabinets. Across from the kitchen is the slide out. The slide out has a couch that makes a bed, a dinette, lights, and blinds. At the end of the slide out is the entertainment center. The entertainment center has TV hookups, built in radio, and extra storage. Up the stairs in the hallway is the bathroom. The bathroom has a nice size glass door shower, sink, medicine cabinet, and a separate room for stool. At the front of the camper is the bedroom. The bedroom has a full size walk around bed frame, upper cabinets, side cabinets, night stands, and reading lights. Overall: The overall shape of the camper is good but NOT perfect. I pulled the unit about 175 miles and it pulled good. All the lights as well as the brakes are working. There are no leaks or odors. Please keep in mind this is a USED camper and is NOT perfect. The camper does have flaws. The outside flaws are: bent skirting from a tire blow out, a scratch by the door that is about a foot long, and normal wear. The flaws with the inside are: wear to the dining table, wear to the couch, a 3inch slice in the flooring, normal wear. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a REPO unit and a few are trade-ins. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. With the REPO RVs, there is usually some TLC needed. We generally have generic descriptions for our ebay auctions. Sometimes, we may forget something or make a mistake about some detail. This coach is approx 246" according to NADA This coach is a Thor Freedon Elite C class Corner bed c class built on a GM chassis This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. 600 to be exact There is a roof AC unit that works. The engine or dash AC does cold air. The GM V8 runs like it should The 5 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Many of the RVs currently have a washer dryer installed. Typically ,we plan to remove the unit unless the winning bidder wants to purchase the unit for $500 in addition to the bid price. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is usually some delam or water damage.Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a REPO unit and a few are trade-ins. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. With the REPO RV's, there is usually some TLC needed. We generally have generic descriptions for our ebay auctions. Sometimes, we may forget something or make a mistake about some detail. So, please give us a call for a walk around description to ensure that we have good communications about this RV. This coach is approx 31' This coach is a Forest River Sunseeker 2 slide C class. The Sunseeker is a comparable c class to many other fine C Classes out there, like the Winnebago, and fleetwood products This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. 600 to be exact There is roof AC units that both works, complete with a heatpump The engine or dash AC does blow cold air. The GM Fuel Injected GASoline engine runs as it should, no problems. The 5 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This trailer is a 2005 Keystone Outback 26RS This trailer is NOT nice, as compared to a new one or next to new, this trailer is in decent condition. It is 10 years old. We generally have generic descriptions for our ebay auctions. We do try to cover everything but sometimes we may forget or make a mistake about some detail. So, please give us a call for a walk around description to ensure that we have good communications about this RV. There is a roof AC unit that XXXX. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Since we are usually selling for a very cheap price, we feel that you can do some of the TLC, repairs and cleaning yourself or pay a RV store to do so. We did NOT check the heat, the water system nor did we check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this trailer is a repo and we are selling on a no reserve, our profit will be very low, so we are NOT planning to check or go over everything. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is usually some delam or water damage. Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. Please plan on doing some work and spending some $$ and we will both be happy at the end of the day... The tires appear to have good tread on 14 inch wheels. The tires look decent, but they have 2008 date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 4 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 4 new tires for approx $240 - $400 +/-. Please consider that it is 10 years old, and has been used. This means the trailer is not new so please do not expect new, it has been used. There are no known roof leaks at this time. This trailer can sleep a total of 10. There is room for two in the front bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2 kids. The dinette converts to a bed for 2 kids. Plus 4 bunk beds in the rear. We liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! This is a used trailer. We are usually selling older decent units at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price that in some cases or often times could use some TLC. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This trailer has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory and as with most repos, the power cords can sometimes be missing. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 11yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old RVs. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 40 foot According to NADA. This RV is a National Islander RV built on a Country Coach Dynomax chassis. No oil leaks were noted on the trip home There are 2 roof AC unit that work. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 11 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofa We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread. However the rear tires are less than 11 yrs old and should not need replacement. The front tires are late 2013. Typically they should be good thru 2021. rear tires are brand new The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback.
