An almost unbelievably nice example of the ever popular Toyota Mini Motor Home. It is easy to see this unit has been lovingly and meticulously maintained. Only owners who take a lot of pride in what they own keep a unit in the condition this Toyota is in. Is it brand new? Absolutely not.....in fact it is 20 years young. Is it in perfect condition? No , and I don't want anyone to think I am trying to make them believe it is. But I think the condition of this unit is pretty apparent in the photos. And if I don't have space for all the photos' you need to see I will be glad to send what you want directly to your email upon request. I know I will forget something so I am sure you can expect revisions as questions are asked. I will answer any questions honestly and quickly as they are asked. This Toyota will not be for the average person looking for a Toyota Motorhome........ but it is the one that certain people look near and far to find........ and unlike most of them that turn out to be not what they are supposed to be when you actually see them, this RV will not disappoint !! Now for the description as follows: As stated....... 1994 The final year for the Toyota Mini Motorhome Low miles as 79k on this unit is considered low. It has the 3.0 Engine ! They are powerful yet get good gas economy for an RV. And no I am not going to tell you they get 23 in the city and 28 on the road as I have just seen stated. Speaking from personal experience and having owned several of these in the past, it has been my experience these units typically get around 10/12 and when on open highways you will generally get 12/15 maybe a bit better with a tailwind. I don't see the need in being less than truthful about these things knowing full well at the end of the first tank full you would be thinking of me in less than affectionate terms! It is what it is and actually thats not bad mileage considering you are pulling a small house. It also has the automatic transmission with overdrive. As you can see in the dash pictures there is a button that depicts ECT. For those who don't know that is Electronically Controlled Transmission. This function is available for immediate power increase as needed in passing ( Yes I have actually passed many vehicles in these) and for hill climbing and is a great asset. Thee engine and transmission are dry, clean and perform flawlessly as you would expect. The timing belt was changed 10k back at 69k as it should have been according to manufacturer instructions. All six tires are as new with 6k on them and zero weathering or dryrot. I installed brand new stainless wheelcovers all around to make her as pretty as she deserves to be! Of course it has the heavy duty one ton rearend. Engine bay is clean and oil free. No rust anywhere. Exhaust system is in good condition and quite as it should be! Brakes will stop on a dime and work as they should. All mechanical systems are good to go!! Truck body and house body are both in excellent condition. Paint is in excellent condition. All glass good. The roof has the original sealing on it from the factory and looks like it was done last week. Previous owner owned this unit 6 years and I don't know the history before that. I installed new rain covers on the roof vents so they can be left open for ventilation when raining. I installed a new High Definition Antenna (The Jack) so you can get high def channels on the brand new flat screen TV pretty much anywhere you happen to be. The awning is in excellent condition as seen in pictures. As you can see in the pictures this unit has the flat fiberglass FRP sides which is much preferable to the ribbed siding. (And much nicer looking in my humble opinion) If you can tell in the pictures the unit shines like new money and while it looks wet I assure you that is the permanent gloss !! Just a gorgeous unit !! I know I am writing way too much so will try to do better on the inside. It is as nice as the outside. I replaced all the ceiling lights with new ones. Original lights were fine just yellowed. Sleeper jack knife sofa, sleeper breakfast booth, full bed top side, all new bedding. Fridge is cold, freezer is colder (9 degrees when I checked earlier)Gas/Electric 2 way. Stove works great, Microwave works great, water heater works great, etc, etc, etc,,,,,,,,everything works great!!! Roof air is cold, dash air is cold !! Upholstery in the cab and in the house is in excellent condition!! Full bathroom, cedar closet one wall to keep the pests out. Full shower, also outside shower. All lights work as they should! All plumbing, all electrical great condition! The one thing on this RV that does have a problem is the generator. It is an Onan 3k. The previous owner told me it needs a voltage regulator. All I have done is squirt gas in the carb and it starts right up and makes power but won't keep running so after reading the trouble shooting guide the regulator is probably right. It does run good when running so I do believe it is not anything too distressing. This vehicle is for sale locally and listing may be withdrawn at any time. Also as with any 20 year old vehicle there are no warranties either expressed nor implied. On May-09-14 at 06:57:58 PDT, seller added the following information: One thing I meant to mention here that is extremely important to buyers of Motorhomes.......... This Toyota has absolutely NO WATER DAMAGE AND HAS NEVER HAD ANY !!!!!! Another thing to mention is that the fridge works perfectly on BOTH gas and electric. The water heater lights FIRST time! Furnace lights first time!! All burners including the oven which looks as if it has never been used all work perfectly!!! Again if you are looking for the best of the best I believe you will find none better! Just saying 'In my humble opinion!!

You are bidding on a barn find! This RV was rescued from sitting for a few years, will need work, but it a great project! Was running and driving when parked in 2007. Fuel Pump was just replaced. Mileage is actual st 69000. It is automatic transmission. RV does start up, but does not stay running. Radiator was recently replace and all fluids changed. There is some water damage and assume you will need to do the interior. AC unit is there, but is not tested, along with original refridgerator and hot water heater(both not tested). Stove appears to be missing, but RV comes with coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and TV with remote. Plumbing seems intact, but was not tested. There is no generator, but I have one for sale. Electrical was not tested as well. This would make a great project or restoration. These RVs can get 19 MPG! The motors are very well known for reliability. Delivery is available for a fee. Pickup within 7 days or storage fees will apply. I can also store it for you on a monthly basis for a reasonable fee.

ARCTIC FOX 25R 2009 COMFORTABLE WILDERNESS TRAILER An Arctic Fox Classic is an all-weather, off-road rated travel trailer that is basically unchanged in over a decade. It was my choice for wilderness camping the Western U.S. and it proved ideal: an honest all weather, off-road, well-built trailer that lived up to all of my demands. I towed it approximately 3000 miles throughout the western U.S. behind a 2012 Toyota Tundra, 5.7, a half-ton pickup. I towed about 200 miles on unpaved roads and several miles off-road including Steen Mountain Wilderness and dry lake Alvord in SE Oregon. I drove 80 mph on Montana highways to Fort Peck, over Wyoming’s 8400-foot Teton Pass and through Death Valley. I could remain self-sufficient and self-contained for two weeks with careful management of consumables such as water, propane and tankage. I used air conditioning and heating as desired. I bought the trailer in 2015 and am the second owner, and I’m guessing it was parked most of the time because the generator had only 3 hours on it (now 45 hours). I’ve had two other RVs since 1999. I crossed Canada with a 22-foot trailer from Newfoundland to British Columbia. In a Class C Winnebago I drove from Cabo San Lucas, Baja, Mexico, to the Yukon’s Arctic Circle and on to Anchorage, Alaska, in 2007. Otherwise, I owned cruising sail and power boats for 45 years. The 2009 brochure is also available online through a Google search. I represent the trailer to be in like-new condition with little wear and tear, and no damage or smoking history. I found 25 feet is a good length because I could get into (and out of) places bigger RVs cannot. I’ve driven roads that perhaps you shouldn’t take trailers on.
