I am selling my 2014 Heartland Sundance 27' Fifth Wheel with my 2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 Pickup, Fully loaded with extra's. As well as my 2015 H@ H 20'x8.5' with a 5' V Nose custom made to match the Truck as well as additional front door for easy load and unload. Reason why I'm selling this is to pay the bank and start fresh with no payments. On all Three of the Items I'm Selling I Owe one payment on the rv for a 10 year $55,000 loan at 534$ a month. 2014 Heartland Sundance What I'm Asking is 30K, NADA Rv Blue Booked at 32K- 42K with a Average of 36,000. I paid 43,000 plus tax in October of 2014. I used this RV to travel for 6 months while I worked and have been paying storage on in since June of this year. 2015 Enclosed Trailer H @ H was Custom Built for me from M@G trailer in ramsey. I bought this machine for the toys. Snowmobile and 4 wheeler. Since then I have sold all my toys had a kid and used this very occasionally for people to move furniture ect. Its been a storage at my parents driveway for a while. I paid 10,800 for this Trailer it has 3,500 lb Axles. can haul basically any toy or car. I wouldn't;t recommend for hauling a truck. I was hoping to get 8-9K but I'm okay with 5 grand. My 2011 Silverado is a sour spot In my heart. I love this truck and I'm sad to put it up for sale. I have but over 10K in extra's between paint, underbody paint, rims, tires, sub, amps, speakers, capacitor, air ride, wheel covers, bed cover, bed rails and Maintained very well. I have every receipt for this Truck. I bought this truck for 36K in 2011 it currently has 85,000 miles. I have been offered 22k for trade in value. Blue booked Person to Person Confident 25K with what I have invested. 1500 Extended cab, 4x4 5.3 Chevy.
