This is a well built Road Warrior. This company has been building quality units for years and the coachs are built to last. Very nice appearing coach inside and out. This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit. All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would. As I say about all the units we list, expect minor imperfections to address and some cleaning to bring a unit to your standards.
