The kids have all moved out so it's time to downsize a bit. This RV is perfect for families or groups as it sleeps 6 inside plus the garage (screened) and deck area can also be used for sleeping (if you take out the toys!). Almost 400 SF inside!! I doubt you will find another trailer that has been maintained as well as this one. It does not look it's age which could be because we stored this 5th wheel in inside storage at Allstar Storage in Belfair WA from October to April each year. During the glamping season it is in covered storage with electricity (to keep the air moving) at Snohomish RV Storage. Everything works. 100% non-smoking. Dogs never came in dirty...we have a blower for them to make sure they are clean and dry before entering. We are clean freaks with the RV and the dogs. Here are some of the high points: â€¢ 12 ft.
