GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 11yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 35'6" foot According to NADA. This RV is a Winnebago Adventurer 35U. The 35U offers an oversized bedroom slide out. If you are expecting a decent to nice 11 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the sofa 2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is avg to below avg shape when compared to other 11yr old RVs. The reason for the low rating is the pin heads. The rest of the body is above avg shape The inside of the coach is above avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach is approx 36 foot according to NADA. This coach is a Winnebago Brave, very similar to the Adventurer, and the Itasca Sunrise suncruiser The coach has the following options/features: Hyd Jacks Converter Hitch Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Awning Stove top Microwave Oven TVs Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 75 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is 2 overhead ACs that work. ducted air The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air. The engine AC comp cycles on and off, perhaps from freon is needed The Engine is a Ford Triton V10 6.8 liter. The motor seems to run good The ford automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Marqui generator runs and makes power like it should. I let it run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 11 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 dinette sleeps 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 19.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires were made in late 2002. Currently there is some minor sidewall cracking. Since the tires are more than 7 yrs old they need replacement. The price posted includes 6 brand new tires. Any less price offered the tires are not accepted The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 12 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 12 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 35 foot According to NADA. Winnebago manufactured this RV as a 2002 model year. There is a Va inspection sticker that expired late 2013, it too states 2002 model. However in March of this yr based on the GM chassis the title was changed to a 2001. With that said the paperwork given to the buyer will state 2001. Some states, SC is not one of them, will correct the title, with paperwork from the manufacturer. This coach is Winnebago Adventurer 35U RV built on a GM workhorse chassis The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Hyd Slide outs Slide topper Converter and a very small inverter Hitch Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Awning wrapped in metal. Stove top Microwave Oven TV Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is Dual stage basement AC system, complete with Heatpump. Lp furnace backup The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air. the engine AC comp cycles The Engine is GM Chevrolet Big Block 8100 496 CI motor. The motor seems to run like it should The Allison automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan Marqui generator runs like it should. It has ran for several hours under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner There is a side by side fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 36k. With that said since i am asking a fraction of the NADA book, please dont expect book value for any trade in offered. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 13 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Fiberglass roof Over the past 12 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 19.5 inch wheels. The Rv currently has 2009 Tires on it. No side wall cracking is noted. Under normal usage the tires should be good thru 2016 The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Thanks to the power management system it can run the 2 stage basement AC system with just 30 amps Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. As with many Alfa and some fleetwood RVs this RV does have just a handful of pin heads with in the fiberglass. The slides on this RV are hyd. With that said both slides appear to have a slow leak. I noted the leak when i saw the prevouis owner had placed a small bowl under one of the cylinders to catch the fluid. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. This RV is like a Diesel Pusher in the fact the motor sits in the back of the RV. Makes for a much quieter ride. It also has an allison transmission, much like many diesel RVs. The Onan Generator sits up front as well. For those wondering, this RV was built with a gas motor from the factory. The GM 8100 Big Block. According to the Web the motor has approx 340HP, and 455 ft lbs of torque. A comparable Cummins diesel had approx 300HP and 500 Ft lbs of torque. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed, since GENERALLY it is a REPO unit. So, please do not expect new or perfect or barely used, please expect a decent 6 year old motorhome. This outside of the coach is probably in above avg. condition when compared to other 6 yr old RVs with 90k miles. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 6 yr old RVs with 90k miles Please keep in mind that the new owner will probably not wear out the motor. I have seen the 8.1 liter with over 200k miles still going strong. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This is coach approx 37 foot According to NADA. This coach is a Winnebago Destination Itasca Latitude 37G, built on GM 's rear engine Workhorse chassis. According to the sticker on the firewall the brake recall has been done. The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Converter / small inverter Hitch 6k capacity with correct hitch Generator Onan pass thru storage Electric Entry Steps Main Awning wrapped in metal Stove top heat pump basement AC system Microwave Convection Oven In motion satelite dish TV s Slide toppers Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. It towed a Jeep liberty with no problems This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is a dual stage basement AC units that works. it is complete with a dual stage heatpump The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is a GM Workhorse Big Block 8100 8.1 Liter V8 Fuel injected motor. The motor ran fine on the way home The Allison automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan generator runs and makes power. The hour meter shows 5k hours. The gen does appear to have some blow by. The gen has run over an hour under a load trouble free There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 90k this includes a 7k mileage deduct This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 6 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Fiberglass roof Over the past 6 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires have plenty of tread, and are less than 7 yrs old, so they DO NOT need to be replaced. 2010 Michelin tires The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. The sofa uses a 2 part air mattress system. One of the systems has been patched and seems to leak at the patch The microwave convection oven display does not always light up. Sometimes it lights up, some times it doesnt. the oven still works when the display is not lighting up I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. Payment Types: Cash, wire transfer, or certiifed check title will be held for approx 7-8 Calender days Fees: Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license fees. The customer will be responsible for registering the vehicle in their own state. Deposit I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction, even on holidays, since paypal is never closed. Once the deposit has been received I will be happy to schedule an appointment for the pickup of your new home. Deposits are GENERALLY 50% refundable IF and ONLY IF the partial refund request is made in person. Otherwise it is non refundable. The deposit is due PRIOR to viewing/pickup or within 24 hours, whichever comes first. If you fail to send the deposit prior to arrival I reserve the right to NOT sell the item to you. The Buyer is responsible for a $295.00 dealer service fee aka documentation fee(this helps to cover the costs such as pre vehicle clean up, mailing, airport pick up ( when possible), a 30 day SC temporary permit provided by our dealership, and any other related expenses.) For scheduling a pickup please allow a MINIMUM of 48 hours after the auction ends to pick up your coach, our reason why... we may already have others scheduled and no time to work you in for the necessary time required to cover the delivery of an item. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days.
