1995 Winnebago Adventurer 34ft Turbo Diesel

I am selling my 1995 Winnebago Adventurer 230 because we purchased amother Class A. We put 3k miles on this diesel pusher this year; it is ready to be used and enjoyed. The Cummins 5.9L gave us 12.4mpg which is great for a 34ft coach. We did not use it to tow but it does have a hitch with 7 way. The generator runs great, both (2) roof mounted AC's operate well, and the furnace and blower work as well. The back up camera includes sound, and the coach runs and drives great. Smooth stopping, running and living. Starting on the outside it has awnings including for the windows, plenty of storage, great tires, a fresh service and no leaks. I would not hesitate to drive it cross country and back tomorrow. Would just need the time off work and to take it out of heated storage! Walking inside there is an L shaped couch providing ample seating which folds out to a queen sized sleeper. Both driver and passenger seats also turn around to provide extra seating, with in floor storage between. An updated flat screen TV provides a DVD player or local TV whenever you would like. The kitchen is fully operational, with great working fridge and freezer (with ice maker), stove, microwave, and plenty of storage. My personal favorite is the corner mounted liquor cabinent. Walking the the rear of the coach there is a built in vacuum cleaner, private bath with shower and dirty cloths hamper, and queen sized private bedroom. The bedroom also has plenty of storage, and a built in cabinet for personal TV. As to be expected it shows basic wear for a used RV, but overall great shape. Handicap Accessible RV with Braun lift.Good condition.2 Owner. Handicap Accessible RV.34WA layout with the dinette replaced by the lift.The Good:Runs really well.Full service records.Recently had the oil changed with synthetic.Recently had the house gone over.New house batteries.New engine battery.Recently replaced mattress.2012 date code tires with lots of tread left.Lift works perfectly.Generator recently serviced; runs well.Replaced most interior lights with LEDs.Issues:The parking brake doesn't work.The bumper was damaged, but bent back into shape.There is a little body damage on the right side of the vehicle that doesn't affect its operation.One of the skylights leaked slightly, but was repaired.If the engine battery switch is not turned off, it will drain in a couple of weeks if not hooked up.After the propane tank is drained, the valve should be replaced. My local RV guy quoted $150 for this with labor.Two air conditioners. They both worked well a couple of months ago in 90+ degree temperatures. The 5kw Onan generator has been serviced with oil & filter change, fuel filter change, and runs like a dream with only 493 hrs. All other service has been kept up to date.
