1997 Winnebago Rialta based on the Volkswagen Eurovan chassy with a VR6, 12 valve V6 motor. 96,000 miles. Asking $25000. It has a 2 burner stove, 3 way refrigerator, toilet, shower, bathroom sink, kitchen sink and microwave. There is an Onan generator that runs well, but we never used it, because the new coach batteries last so long. The Rialta is easy to drive and maneuvers just like a mini van. Seats 8 with seat belts. Sleeps 4 people. We purchased this Rialta 2.5 years ago and we are the 3rd owner. The previous owner painted the motorhome silver. The Rialta is a very popular RV with a cult following. It took us on many adventures and now we are now looking to upgrade to a larger RV. http://www.rialtainfo.com I like to take care of my vehicles and here is a list of the many upgrades and parts I replaced in the last 2 years: New 2x 6V Trojan coach batteries. 150W inverter. It Has A Rear Dinette That Folds Into A full Sized Bed, The 2 Rear Captain Chairs took up all the storage space so they have been removed and a custom sleeping platform built that will sleep 1 or 2 people. Platform is raised so it allows for tons of storage space underneath plus cabinets and closet. The platform on top of the storage looks like a daybed or easily comes out and you can customize for your particular needs. Seats 6 - 8! 1998 Winnebago Rialta 22RD, The Rialta is a fuel efficient and easy to drive compact motor home. Built on a Volkswagen Eurovan chassis, the small yet highly functional design combines great gas mileage and easy maneuverability with a fully self-contained motorhome with all the comforts of home. Experiencing 16-18 MPG on the highway makes this a great motorhome for touring the country. This Rialta has been very well maintained and only has 89k actual miles. This motorhome has brand new front and rear tires, new front and rear shocks, two new deep cycle coach batteries, new chassis battery, new energy efficient LED lighting, and a new LED TV/DVD combo. I also installed a brand new stereo with built in GPS turn-by-turn navigation and a backup camera. New tires and excellent mechanical condition means many miles of worry-free travel. Interior is in great shape and very clean. There are two separate sleeping areas, a restroom with shower, towing capability, awning and many more great features make this a motorhome to consider. The only negatives are 1) there is some wear on the front driver and passenger seats, 2) the generator runs, but is not currently producing power, 3) there is some very minor surface rust in the door frame, and 4) power door locks do not work, so all doors have be be locked manually.
