This is a well built Winnebago. This company has been building quality units for years and the coachs are built to last. This unit is built on the strong Sprinter chassis and is powered by the powerful Mercedes diesel motor that is running cool with plenty of oil pressure. The overdrive transmission shifts smoothly. We drove this coach approx. 1000 miles with no problems. I would drive this coach anywhere. Very nice appearing coach inside and out. This unit has a nice layout and makes great use of space. There is plenty of storage space in this unit. All systems check out fine in this unit. The roof airs that runs on electric if plugged into shore power or can run off electric the generator produces while traveling down the road is cold. The fridge that runs off electric from shore power or generator as well as propane that is stored under coach in a tank is cold. Plumbing and electric work fine as pictured. The Mercedes diesel motor starts right up and has plenty of power. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts smoothly as it should. The brakes stop the coach on a dime. Very easy unit to drive and you do NOT need a cdl. We do clean all of our units; however, rarely as well as a new owner would. As I say about all the units we list, expect minor imperfections to address and some cleaning to bring a unit to your standards. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably is in avg condition when compared to other 10 yr old Alfa RVs. When compared to other 10 yr old RV of a different make, it is in below avg condition. This is due to the fact it has pin head "blisters" in different parts of the body The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 10 yr old RVs. Alfa RVs offer many high end features, like heat pumps and and 7.5 ceiling height. However due to the cosmetic issues it keeps the cost low. Alfas are high end RVs that can be bought for an entry level price Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach is approx 40 foot According to NADA. The Alfa due to the chassis being a Freightliner is title as a Freightliner Many Winnebago s and Itasca s have the basement AC Heatpump system The RV has the following options/features: Converter / inverter Electric Entry Steps Patio Awningslide toppers Stove top Microwave Convection OvenWasher dryer comboair rideair brakesengine brake 350HP C 7 Cat pass thru storagedual stage AC comp and heat pump 10 gallon electric and lp hot water heater stabilizers hyd jacks This RV was just driven approx 60 miles with no trouble. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 75k, this does not include 6 brand new tires This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 10 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Hybrid roof. Both rubber and fiberglass Over the past 10 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioners refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires were made early 2005. They are inexcess of 7 yrs old, which is the life of an RV tire. New Tires will cost approx $2200 which is included with the BUY IT NOW PRICE. any less price the tires are NOT included The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system.The RV does have the cosmetic issues. The fiberglass has little blisters in the exterior. Its not holes. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 11yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 35'6" foot According to NADA. This RV is a Winnebago Adventurer 35U. The 35U offers an oversized bedroom slide out. Winnebago makes also the Itasca Sunflyer Suncruiser , Outlook , View , Sightseer , and the Brave The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter rear Hitch Electric Entry Steps Patio Awning Slide Topper Awnings Stove top Microwave Convection Oven TV s 10 gallon dual heat water heater heatpump Fiberglass roof Backup Camera This RV was just drove approx 600 miles with no trouble. no oil consumption was noted There is a dual stage basement AC / Heatpump. Ducted Air. It also has a LP furnace back up. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 11 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the sofa 2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. The tires have good tread. They are brand new less 600 mile trip home. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is..
