"Sonny" is in excellent condition, with new tires and recent batteries (less than 18 mos.) Everything checked and properly serviced by an RV mechanic in November 2016!!! All systems work perfectly including: 3-burner gas stove, gas oven, gas water heater, 3,500 BTU furnace, lights w/new bulbs (int., ext., compartment), electric step, gas/elec fridge. All plumbing is ship-shape. Onan elec. generator w/ only 375 hours. This is one nice RV! It's interior is SUPER clean and has a contrasting bamboo floor...looks great, won't stain, and keeps pet hair manageable. Cream-colored leather front seats. Factory sealed roof...not just the seams, the entire roof is rubber coated! (That's the kind of quality the private jet maker, Gulf Stream, puts into their products!) Custom-built, aftermarket dash cabinet holds TV, has slide-out laptop desk on passenger side w/120v outlet. Excellent new SONY stereo w/front and rear speaker pairs. You can look hard and not find one half as nice at twice the price. I guarantee, it is the BEST you will find. Don't waste your time looking at others, like I did. Nothing will compare. Bonus! I'll include everything you need to hit the road: mechanics tool kit, leveling blocks, water hoses, drain hose, axe, 3 emergency triangles, lantern flashlight, 2 fire extinguishers, rear rack for bikes or cycle (a $175 value), outdoor mats and carpet, and much more. This is a 1999 Trailmanor 3023. We camped in it for the last 5 summers and we absolutely loved it. We are upgrading to a motorhome and we would like to find a new home for it. We hope that people will appreciate all the upgrades and monies we spent to modernize it. The opening mechanism is easy to operate, I can do it myself with no help. The Trailmanor web site, http://trailmanor.com/wordpress has videos on how to open and close the trailer. This patented mechanism is unique to the industry (the only hard sided full wall light trailer).We made 14 miles a gallon pulling it with a Pilot. According to the company, TrailManors tow so easily and efficiently that for many vehicles, it only takes one extra gallon of gas to tow a TrailManor 100 miles.This trailer has queen and full size beds and a sleeper sofa. The custom sofa that we had built in can also be extended as seen in the pictures. It sleeps comfortably six adults and two kids. We boon-docked quite a few times in the national parks using the Yamaha generator that is shown in the picture. I will include the generator with a Buy-it-now purchase. The generator is able to carry both the A/C and the microwave.The unit is used, has a few scratches on the sides, and some dents on the roof.
