Until 2007 it was stored undercover and the skin is in excellent condition. I have replaced the Zip-Dee awning, the interior curtains, the refrigerator, forced air furnace, hot water heater, and air suspension bags. There are less than 100,000 miles on the Isuzu turbocharged diesel engine and it runs excellent getting 14 to 15 mpg. The dash air works. I have all the original manuals as well as one specific to the Isuzu diesel. It also has solar panels with custom fabricated mounts delivering approx. 200 watts to the 2000W Xantrex inverter with two 12 volt Trojan Deep Cycle batteries. The interior is rough but serviceable.
