2006 Cedar Creek Silverback 33 LBHTS by Forest River. This is a 35' long bunkhouse model with 3 slide outs, one in the living room, one in the front master bedroom and one in the rear bunkhouse. This is a great family model with lots of room for the whole family and it is in very, very good condition. It has always been smoke and pet free. This is the reason for our putting this one up for sale, my kids are pretty much grown and we no longer need this size camper with a bunkhouse, time for us to move on to the old folks models. I am the second owner who bought it from the original owner and have most all the history of it. It is a quality built upper end camper on par with the Montana's and such. It has lots of upper end options like dependable and smooth operating hydraulic slide outs instead of the electric operators used on lesser models. It has a power vent in bathroom, counter extension in the kitchen, AM/FM CD surround sound stereo with subwoofer with speakers in all rooms. Other options include, control valves for the hyd slide outs so you can choose which slides you want opened at a time. It also has a Dirt Devil central vac system, heated holding tanks, sliding TV tray , fantastic fan with rain sensor, outside shower, scare lights on both sides, 12V battery disconnect, message center switch cover, and a crank down underneath spare tire The storage areas in this unit are unmatched that I have ever seen, and I mean it has lots of storage inside and out. It has a huge basement pass through storage area in front, a nice right rear side storage in the slide out, a big compartment on the left rear side as well as a smaller one on the left side the opens into the storage area under the booth dinette. Inside is filled with storage areas, from the huge master bedroom closet to the pantry in the kitchen to the large closet in the bunk room. It has a 21' awning with new bows and slide toppers on all three slide outs. Tires are newer top of the line BF Goodrich Commercial 10 plys and there on nice aluminum rims. It has shocks on both axles for a nice ride without bouncing. The electric brakes and axle bearings are in great shape and well maintained. Rubber roof is in excellent shape and has been maintained regularly. It has a reese style rear hitch and trailer light wiring if you decide to pull a trailer behind it like I sometimes did or it is great for a bike rack mount. There is always something wrong with a used camper it seems but honestly I know of nothing wrong with this one, everything works like it should, the upgraded 15K air conditioner, the stove, oven, microwave, the 10 gal gas or electric with DSI hot water heater with bypass, the outside shower, the water filter system and the list goes on. The only things I know not to be 100% is that it has a few decals with some weather checking which were like that when I got it (it has been stored under a carport all the time that I have owned it} and it has a small patch hardly noticeable up under the front end of the camper. This is in Wheatfield Indiana which is about 25 minutes south of Valparaiso and only about a hour from Chicago's south side. I would expect the auction winner to deposit $500 in paypal within 48 hours of auctions ending with the balance to be in cash or certified funds upon pickup. I have a clear title in hand.
