Do me a favor: get in the game. Now about this item... GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is WELL above avg shape when compared to other 15yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is Well above avg condition when compared to other 15 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 38 foot according to the spec sheet found inside the RV. This coach is a Country Coach Magna no slide RV. It is built on Country Coach 's own chassis the Dyno Max series. Much like Monaco they build thier own chassis. Unlike Fleetwood / American Coach , or Newmar who use either Freightliner or typically Spartan Chassis The coach has the following options/features: Leveling air system not Hyd Jacks Converter / inverter Hitch 7k capacity Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Awning wrapped in metalwindow awnings aluminum wheelsStove top Microwave Oven TV Diesel burner heating system similay to Aqua hot / Hydra Hot systemsheat pumps2 sofa s Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is 2 overhead ACs that work. The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air. The engine AC comp cycles on and off The Engine is an upgraded C10 Cat 10.3 liter. The motor says 370HP, however the spec sheet says optional 385HP C10 Cat. The standard motor was a Cummins ISC 8.3 liter 350HP The 6 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it should An Onan Quiet Diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. Less than 1100 hours on it. I let it run over an hour under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner There is a 2 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 15 year old coach that is USED this is it. This is one of the few RVs V2GRV will call nice I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. Full body paint is in great shape There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 15 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. Sofa sleeps 2 other sofa sleeps 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires were made in late 2008 to mid 2009. Currently there is no sidewall cracking. Most likely the Michelin tires were installed mid to late 2009. Under normal usage the tires should be good for approx 2 more yrs The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. The odometer reads approx 89k miles. The unit is over 10yrs old and was sold to V2GRV was miles exempt due to the age and weight. With that said, i will disclose a couple of things. According to Car Fax there is odometer discrepancy twice. The most recent says sold in June at an auction, prior to when it was sold to V2GRV.I bought the RV in July. I called the auction they said they cant do anything about it since Car FAx tends to make mistakes. Also, the hour meter on the motor does read approx 3300 would would indicate more than 100k miles. With all this said, the RV was sold to me exempt, and will be sold AS Exempt for the miles due to the weight and yr At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in above to slightly above avg condition when compared to other 6 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 6 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 37' foot According to NADA. This coach is a Forest River Georgetown RV built on a Ford F53 Stripped chassis The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Converter Hitch Generator Electric Entry Steps Main Electric Awning wrapped in metal. New Material Stove top Electric fireplace, produces heat Microwave Oven TV s Slide toppers Backup Camera This RV was just driven approx 100 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was noted This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that both work. Ducted air The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is a Ford Triton V10 6.8 liter. The motor runs like it should The 5 speed Ford automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan Marqui quiet generator runs and makes power like it should. Just a couple hundred hours There is a side by side fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 65k This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 6 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Rubber roof Material Over the past 6 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 4 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The tires date code that indicated they are the originals and there for should be replaced. There is some early signs of side wall cracking... The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. One blind is missing. It is currently on order I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I bought this RV from a dealer only auction. The RV was sold as actual miles. However, the auction did annouce carfax did show odometer issue. Upon pulling the car fax shortly after purchase in 2008 a ford dealer did some service work. Well, most likely an error was made by the ford dealer when entering the miles. anyhow, i will sell the RV as actual miles but the buyer will sign my copy of the car fax. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback.
