The Precept is in great condition, according to the seller. The only reported issue is that the ice maker is not working. The tires are original. Professionally maintained and cleaned regularly. The unit had some damage to the front driver's side from a mishap at the storage facility but has been fully repaired. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it inspected independently to verify the condition of the unit before making an "as is" purchase.
