For sale is this 2008 Highwall Pop Up Niagara made by Fleetwood. We are the original owners and are not smokers. The Pop Up has a closed bathroom with a shower and toilet, a slide dinette for more floor space, cable hook up, indoor/outdoor speakers for the CD/Radio/Aux stereo system, a hot water heater, microwave, oven, inside gas stove and outside gas stove. Other features are an outside hot/cold shower wand, 2 very comfortable King beds, the dinette folds into a twin bed, a sofa, and plenty of storage. The air conditioner keeps it cold and the furnace can keep things hot. It comes with some pop up gizmos for the bed ends, but they haven't been used. The other older gizmos have seen better days. The two tires are 1 year old. The Niagara was bought from Peco Campers in Stone Mountain, brand new. It was regularly tuned up and serviced. The roof, fabric, and awnings are still in great condition with no tears or holes. It has absolutely no leaks. The Niagara was stored 80% of the time in our garage. Sometimes it was kept outside during the summer. Please feel free to call with questions. The camper is at our house, in Paulding County, Georgia. We are approximately 30 miles west of Atlanta.
