Overall this coach appears to be in good condition for the age. The paint is in good condition in most areas, clean and shiny! There are a few spots near the roof that do have some peeling. Inside the coach, everything works as it should per the seller. All upholstery is in good condition, with no rips or tears noticed. The flooring is in great shape except for one small nick that was noticed. The tires are dated 05/17 and need to be replaced. There is also some mold under the 3M clear coat on the front of the coach, which can be removed for about $2,500. The slide toppers have a rip in the corner, but they still work as they should. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg to above avg condition when compared to other 10yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 10 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 33' foot According to NADA. This RV is a Allegro Open Road 32BA, built on a Workhorse chassis. If you are expecting a decent to nice 10 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 10 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the sofa2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. They were just installed less 600 miles ago The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. In front of the sofa the carpet fibers are think in about a 3 inch diameter area This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive.
