This has been a winter retreat located in Punta Gorda, Florida. It is currently on site in a beautiful park located near Charlotte Harbor. This site is a waterfront lot. The park sits on a canal that leads out to Charlotte Harbor where the fishing is amazing. The harbor leads out to the Gulf of Mexico for off-shore fishing. There is a boat launch in the park as well as free boat storage. Close to Fort Myers Beach, Stump Pass, Boca Grande, Gasparilla and Sanibel Island. This is an adult community park and is pet-friendly. The RV has tie-downs and has many up-grades to the lot, such as a patio block patio. When purchased on the site many extras are included that make make this "move-in" ready. Just bring your suitcase. The laundry and bath house is directly across the road. It's a short walk to the pool and activities. City water, sewer, 50 amp service, cable, satellite and internet available. The park is a pet-friendly park. If you prefer to travel just remove the tie-downs, detach hook-ups and hitch onto your truck and ride away. Master suite includes a queen size bed, double door mirrored closet. A bank of drawers and a shirt closet. There is room to walk on both sides of the bed, which is very uncommon. 2015 Cruiser Rv Corp View Finder , Ths is a lightly used (4 times) 2015 Cruiser Viewfinder Signature 28 BHSS. This units interior is Key Largo, it sleeps 10 and carries 44 gallons of fresh water 38 gray and 38 black. It is a light weight unit and weighs 5,530 lbs with a light toungue weight of about 550 lbs. (light) I currently tow it with a 1500 GMC Sierra and it tows it very well. This unit has double over double beds in the rear with a very spacious bathroom that includes a real porcelain toilet. Six gallon hot water tank gas and electric. Queens size bed up front. I could go on and on but this unit was bought with all options other than BBQ on the back bumper. It is equip with the rear bathroom door and has a nice big electric oversized awning. Nice tall curved one piece roof. It has a power vent in the bath. Features a electric fireplace and 26' flat screen tv. The supper slide also has the slide cover to keep the top nice and clean.
