Sidewalls are clean, and decals have some fade/cracking from the sun, which is typical. Obviously, with a used coach, you can expect some nicks, scratches, and dings (this RV has very few, if any). Roof is in good condition, no signs of any current leaks (some old ceiling stains). Tires have good tread and are almost new (2013), and aren't showing any signs of weathering with alloy wheels. Glass is good all around, no cracks in the windshield. Big main awning over passenger side. Onan 4000 generator runs great, and is very quiet, only 180 hours. Rear ladder and hitch/wiring for towing. INTERIOR Interior is also in very good good condition, with very little wear and tear for the year. In the cockpit (driver and passenger doors, which is very unique!), at the driver seat: tilt steering, cruise control, dash A/C (blows warm), AM/FM/Cassette stereo, full digital dashboard, etc. Drop down magic bed over front cab area. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a sleeper sofa along with two chairs and a pull out table: the coach sleeps 5 in total. In the kitchen, that has nice wood cabinets and nice countertops: 2 door fridge, 3 burner stove, convection microwave, and hot water tank. Bathroom area is next, in a private area you have the toilet and vanity, across the hall is the shower. At the rear of the coach, are the two twin beds. Screens and blinds throughout the RV.
