This motorhome is so accurately named – the Escaper. It is truly a home away from home that is perfect for Escaping to a warm climate for a few months in the winter, or just Escaping for a long weekend to the mountains, the perfect lake or the woods. It is roomy enough to accommodate a family camping trip comfortably, large enough to use as a long-term retirement getaway, or convenient enough to just pack up and hit the open road without even using a road map – you just stop and stay where the wind takes you! One of the advantages we have loved about traveling in a motorhome is the benefit of having everyone and everything in the same area as the driver, and not separated by another vehicle or camper trailer being towed down the road. This is a buying opportunity, because by choosing this Escaper, you can move into the diesel pusher Class A motorhome level of RVs, and still keep within your budget, because it is just a fraction of the cost of a comparable new model. It was a higher end model when it was manufactured, and many of the components have been upgraded or replaced. As far as we know, everything is in working order. We’ve owned it for a few years, and we’ve added extras to make it very comfortable. If there was a problem with something, it was repaired or replaced. While it is in good condition, please keep in mind that it is used and not a new unit, and as such, it is bound to show a scar here or there. The colored vinyl graphics on the outside are starting to fade and show some age. The sale price has been adjusted to reflect the condition. This is a good, solid RV that you could start using today and be proud to take it anywhere. There is absolutely no smoke or pet odors inside. Now, for the legal requirements: Because it is not a new RV and we are not a dealership, we must offer it in “as-is” condition, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. While we have tried to accurately describe it, it is ultimately the buyer’s responsibility to fully inspect the unit and make their own assessment of the condition and decision as to whether to buy it. As seller, we cannot be responsible for errors, misrepresentations, defects or omissions; or the condition or future operation of the unit once it is sold. At the point of sale, all liability and repairs become the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We will present the purchaser with a clear title upon payment at the agreed-upon price. Payment is due upon sale, by a fund transfer between your bank and our bank. You must pick up the RV at our location in Wisconsin.
