LOCAL PICKUP ONLY I WON'T DELIVER YOU MUST PICKUP. Must be paid in cash within three days of end of auction or I must relist the item, no exceptions. When this Coleman Niagara by Fleetwood popup came out it was the crème of the crop because of the many features it offered, even still today it has more to offer than most popups. This isn't like those teeny tiny popups, this popup is actually quite roomy inside. I am also including some extras like a TV, DVD player, coffee machine, microwave w/toaster, and extra indoor/outdoor table, plus much more. This popup is 11 years old and does show signs of wear. There also was some water damage and so the top exterior has been patched and repainted and the interior ceiling shows signs of water damage that has not been repaired. While it still functions good, keeping it under a roof will extend its lifetime significantly. While there may be some issues with this popup there are also some great benefits to a 'loaded' popup like this, it really is a must see for the price, we have enjoyed it for many years even with its issues: Features: • Slide Out Dining Area(Most pop-ups don't have this feature and it makes for so much more room and easier for people to walk around inside, we have even played WII bowling inside) • 2 King Size Beds(77" x 70") • Dining Area converts to small bed - may fit 2 small children • Cable TV Connection • Dimensions When Opened 25' x 11'8" • Dimenions When Closed 19' x 7'5" • 6 Gallon Hot Water Tank • Cassette Toilet(Easily remove waste container and has a full indicator) • Interior Shower and exterior Shower hose w/hot/cold • 20 Gallon Grey Water Tank PLUS am including a portable grey water tank • 2 Propane Tanks(Great if one goes empty!) • 3 Way Refridgerator(Propane/Battery/120V) • Lots of storage areas throughout(54 Cubic Feet!) • Interior Height 81" • 3 Burner Inside Stove AND 2 Burner Outside Stove! • Electric Brakes • 12 Volt Electric Pump when using grey water tank(We never used it because we always hooked up to campground water-be sure to use the regulator we are including) • Says sleeping capacity 8 but not sure how they figure that, safer to say 6 • Air conditioner unit on roof(Says heat on AC unit but this unit does not have heat) • 110V 30A power cord Issues we are aware of: • Top has been patched in numerous places and repainted with solarflex paint • Inside ceiling shows signs of water damage • We are not aware that the popup leaks at this time but we have kept it under our carport once we realized it was leaking(We didn't keep a good eye on the seams), will be raining tomorrow and will check as we have it in the sun and will post an update(Update: Rained all day and night on 4-17 and we did not locate any leaks) • A couple of the connectors(They hold the bottom of the tent area in place) underneath the bed area are broke, this has never been an issue for us and am sure they could be replaced easily • One side of the area that velcro's to the door seems to have shrunk and so the Velcro does not meet the door, am sure a Velcro extension could fix that, seems the tent area right by the door shrunk a little • The support beam for the AC was repaired professionally by Dons Camperland • One of the stabilizers on the bottom was broken off when we bought this popup, we did replace it with another, it is not a match to the other 3 but does the job it is supposed to do • There are a couple of stains on the curtains and seating not bad though • The marine battery was bought 2 years ago but is dead, we found out that the gas monitor system is ALWAYS on and drained the marine battery when the camper was not being used(For safety reasons there is no off switch for the monitor system), we disconnected the battery as we always camped in a campground and didn't need it, it may recharge but not sure, never used though. The battery should be connected when using though as it also is attached to the break-away switch which engages the brakes should the popup become detached from your two vehicle. • An awning is also included, one of the poles is slightly bent I am pretty sure I have all or most of the owners manuals for this also. Good tires also and a clear title. I will also include the sway bar which is only a year old(keeps the popup from swaying when driving). You will need to use that, I can also include my truck hitch which has the extra ball for the sway bar. I have included a photo of the connector at the front of the popup that goes to your truck, if you don't have an electric brake system you should be ok to drive it home but should get one, as I recall I paid about $150 for the system and installation, most camper places can install it.
