Tongue area has a 4' platform area making the entire trailer length at 29'. Trailer is equipped with one of the best electric jacks made which makes it very easy to rise and lower. This trailer and EZ-Up canopy combination has never had a problem even in high winds. The two canopies have heavy weights I made and they hold the canopies quite well. Occasionally a securing rope or two may be needed when encountering very high winds that we occasionally experience in south central Montana. The service window measures just a few inches short of being 9' wide. Plenty of space to run 2 cash registers and service customers at the same time.

This business can pay for itself in one years time. There are other events I have been asked to attend and could attend but haven't been able to find enough help. This business gets very busy at large events, bringing in thousands of dollars per. For the 4th of July event in Laurel, Mt I have cooks, food preparers and cashiers available if you need them. Each year we have four cooks and three food preparers and still have difficulty keeping up.
