Hello, I'm in need of selling my 1999 Patio Kit Hauler. I found this gem when I was driving with my father in Orange County. This model looked very odd to me, it was old but very well maintained. After much research online and not much information I found out this was a very rare custom build. The company was called "Kit Patio Custom". The layout it has is very outdoor friendly and I jumped on oppurtunity to remodel it. This is an amazing fifth wheel! It is so unique because of its patented front end with QUALITY CONSTRUCTION. The extension of the front end over the cab of the truck gives you more space, but you don't have to tow more footage behind you. For example this fifth wheel is 39 ft long, but tows like a 34 ft long fifth wheel. It has soooo much storage built in throughout the trailer. The layout is wonderful. The whole space is light and bright because of the large windows. The living room has a comfy recliner and couch that are placed nicely for viewing the entertainment center. The couch turns into an extra bed. The entertainment center has lots of storage, and a nice desk area. The kitchen is AMAZING! There is a nice U-Shape countertop that gives you lots of counterspace, and nice cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with, a double door fridge/freezer, nice pantry spaces, large double sink, 3 burner stove/oven, and microwave/convection oven with hood fan. The dining table is placed nicely next to the kitchen. There is a built in vacuum cleaner system. The bedroom is wonderful as well with a walk around queen bed, large closet area, large storage under the bed, chest of drawers, nice built in cabinets, and a second closet that was washer/dryer hook ups. The bathroom has a nice sink/vanity, cabinet space, big glass enclosed corner shower with large bench area, and the commode is in it's own private room. This fifth wheel is very spacious. 2008 GLENDALE Titanium 34E39RK, This one owner Titanium fifth wheel was sold new at our dealership and maintained by our service center. The owner has moved down to a smaller unit for weekend camping. But, they did very nice upgrades and took excellent care of it. It was ordered originally with the fluorescent lighting package, fireplace insert, 9 Cu. Ft. refrigerator, thermo pane windows, polished aluminum wheels, dual (CRT) TVs, MorRyde pin box, and front 11K BTU low-profile A/C. As soon as they purchased it, they had our service center upgrade the hardwood floors and replace the sofa and chairs with their selections from Ethan Allen. The floorplan features a rear island kitchen, central living area, walk through bath and island queen. The Titanium features a unique design with the pin box pushed back five feet from the front. So, it tows like a 34' fifth wheel but has the living space of a 39' fifth wheel. Plus, the front end design channels the air as it comes off the truck and transitions to the trailer. The result is less wind drag, buffetting, fuel consumption, and effective tow weight. Unfortunately, the manufacturer failed in 2010 as a result of the recession. They had been in business for 60 years. This trailer has had the axle recall and a fresh set of four tires installed by our service center prior to offering it for sale. It is ready to hit the road!
