The Big Country is the top of the models for Heartland. All appliances are working and it is great condition aside from some problem areas. It can be saved with a little love. There is some water damage in regards to the floor and bottom wall. I have provided pictures in ad to show damage. The floor is still solid but is showing signs of needing some work. The wall in the corner is a little soft. Outside of these problem areas this unit is good condition. We are pricing this unit knowing these problems. Our orginal list price was $31,900.
