This toy hauler has a great layout that is very open and has lots of cargo, and sleeping space. This trailer is in very nice condition inside and out. The decor inside is very nice with it's neutral colors, and rick warm wood cabinets. The living space has a couch and dining booth, both make down into beds. There are 2 queen sized beds in the back. They are electric and ascend to the ceiling with a touch of a button. There is also a front bedroom area with its own entertainment center, and good storage. So you can SLEEP 10 PEOPLE EASILY, in only 23 ft! The kitchen is fully equipped with large double door fridge/freezer, microwave/hood, 3 burner stove/oven, double sink, pull out pantry, and really nice storage space. The bathroom is very spacious and smartly laid out the shower/tub and commode all in one private room, and the sink/vanity in the hall. This is clever because one person can take a private shower, while another can brush their teeth. There is a BIG AWNING for all your outdoor fun. It has an air conditioner and furnace.
