This custom 2003 Chevrolet Express 3500 Extended is in very good condition for its age. Exterior surfaces are clean, glossy, and free of dents, scratches, or fading from the Sun. The only (minor) defect is that the end of one of the runners has a tear in the plastic. Interior surfaces are in average to good condition for the age of the vehicle. Very cool classic Chevy P30 Step Van ready to be converted to one of the coolest food trucks or vendor trucks in town. Classic lines, chrome, and styling will make your business stand out in a crowd of ugly trucks. It only has 11,000 original miles. This classic vehicle books at about 12-14k so please only make a serious offer. I am the second owner after the fire department. Has a clean Colorado title. Truck was missing VIN when I bought it, so I applied for and had new VIN applied by Colorado State Patrol a few years ago. Step Van qualifies for classic vehicle status here in CO so I was able to get a six year tag. Sweet. Yes it will need some minor restoration if you want it perfect, but if you just want to add decals and food truck equipment it is fine for that. The paint has oxidized some and there are several chips. Around the seams the paint is pealing or chipping. Don't expect immaculate paint even though the pics look good after a good polish and wax. The wheels need to be dipped and stripped and chromed or something. It hasn't been driven much so expect normal motor issues with classic vehicles. I believe these are the ORIGINAL tires. Might need new seals and an updated suspension before becoming a daily driver. It has a straight six 292. Great engine. The OEM turn signal switches on these tend to go bad. (Since the replacements are plastic junk). Don't replace it with an OEM style replacement. Use something more reliable. Also recommend new Freightliner style mirrors and a back up camera. Truck being sold as is. Comes with a tapped in, wired in older (good quality) Coleman generator with electric start attached to the front. I will be getting it running this week. Just let it sit too long. This is an excellent blank canvas for a food truck conversion. Plan on another 10 to 20k investment if you want a serious food truck. I would also recommend putting a modern truck or step van seat in this thing. I drove it from Iowa to Denver and lemme tell ya... Truck also has four halogen flood lights attached that can be removed at your convenience. It has wired in circuit breakers and switches from when it was a fire department vehicle in Iowa. They can be re-used. I was told they hardly ever used it being a small town (Merrel, Iowa) that almost never had any natural disasters or the like, even though it gets ungodly cold. Heavy bumpers with posts for inserting flags. Really cool. I will accept Cash or Paypal. Serious offers only. We can start it up and I can drive it around the neighborhood, but I will only let drivers experienced with CDL test drive it. I would highly recommend having it shipped. I do not know the weight but I can provide dimensions if needed. It is a heavy old thing. I can tell you that. It is a P30 after all.

Hand controls for accelerator and brake. Vehicle has low miles and the air conditioning and heat work excellent. Power windows and door locks, easy switch controls for operating lift gate.
