This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The 400hp DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 6 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. For the buy it now price of $74999, if the rv has a location for a combo washer dryer, we will include a combo unit, for any other price, even if you see it, it is not included. For the no reserve auctions or rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is some delam or water damage. Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. Please call us, if you need to know something, 866 381 4279. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. Over the past 10 years this unit has probably had some leaks, we do not know all of the history. So, we can not guarantee there has never been a leak, but, I can state that we typically re-seal the roof on most of our units, so, currently there should not be any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 22.5 inch wheels, but they have older date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $2100. For the buy it now price of $74999 we will include new tires. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Typically, a 30 amp power cord is approx $90 and a new 50amp power cord is $250. Sometimes we have used cords that we can sell for less. For the buy it now price of $74999 we will include a power cord. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item powered up so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad. All that we require is a 48 hour notice so we can have your item ready for your arrival. If you fail to give us a 48 hour notice then we will NOT have adequate time to have your item powered up for your complete inspection. 2007 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 40PDQ 33,057 miles Non-Smoking Environment. If you are looking for a coach to enjoy for extended periods, this just might be the one for you. It has numerous upgrades and modifications to make life on the road more enjoyable. It was delivered to the original owner by DeMartini in Wakarusa, Indiana, in December 2006. He drove it to Florida and died of a heart attack. We purchased it in August 2007 from DeMartini in Wakarusa, Indiana, with 2,718 miles. The original buyer added numerous options to this coach (see original window sticker). This coach has been professionally maintained by heavy diesel mechanics and all periodic maintenance records are included with sale. Stored inside since 2010. The chassis and drivetrain have functioned flawlessly. Modifications and upgrades: The original KVH dish was replaced with a Winegard Traveler. The rear RCA tube television was replaced with a flat screen. The carpet in the entry and bedroom were replaced with Allure flooring. The front passenger slide floor was extended 13" and covered with Allure. Both front couches were removed and replaced with recliners. The driver's side front slide has a computer desk with pullout tray and space for medium dog crate below. Comes with coffee table with pull up top. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. This RV was purchased from a fellow RV dealer out of Florida. To my knowledge it is a trade in not a repo. The outside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 15 yr old RVs. The Diplomat can be compared to the HR Endeavor , and the Beaver Monterrey. The power plant is a Cummins ISB 275 HP direct injected diesel turbo charged motor. The motor seems to run like it should. Allison auto 6 speed. The transmission shifts up and down like it should We drove the motor home approx 600 miles with no problems. No oil consumption was noted on the trip home. Ducted air Dash AC blows cold air of coarse it is 50 degrees or less, so its hard to tell just how cold the air really is There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 15 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. metal roof Over the past 15 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the queen bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. Dinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. . The tires are nearly new. They should be good for 3-4 more yrs under normal usage. The date code is 2010 This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.c. Deposits are GENERALLY 50% refundable IF and ONLY IF the partial refund request is made in person. Otherwise it is non refundable. We try our best to describe our units in detail. Small items such as remotes, TV or key fob, floor mats, extra keys and cd cartridges may be missing, even though not stated as missing. The Buyer is responsible for a $295.00 dealer service fee aka documentation fee(this helps to cover the costs such as pre vehicle clean up, mailing, airport pick up ( when possible), a 30 day SC temporary permit provided by our dealership, and any other related expenses.) For scheduling a pickup please allow a MINIMUM of 48 hours after the auction ends to pick up your coach, our reason why... we may already have others scheduled and no time to work you in for the necessary time required to cover the delivery of an item. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles.
