GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a REPO unit and a few are trade-ins. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. With the REPO RVs, there is usually some TLC needed. We generally have generic descriptions for our ebay auctions. Sometimes, we may forget something or make a mistake about some detail. So, please give us a call for a walk around description to ensure that we have good communications about this RV. This RV is in avg conidtion inside and outside when compared to fellow other 5-6 yr old RVs. Please note typical strip fading and cracking is taking place This coach is approx 25 according to nada This coach is a Coachmen Freelander Diesel Sprinter van chassis. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. 600 to be exact There is a roof AC unit that works. The engine or dash AC does blow cold air. The Mercedes Benz DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The 5 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Many of the RVs currently have a washer dryer installed. Typically ,we plan to remove the unit unless the winning bidder wants to purchase the unit for $500 in addition to the bid price. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. So, our theory is to sell a lot at very little profit. This is good for you because it gives you a chance to own a RV for a VERY LOW price. As with any older RV, there is usually some delam or water damage.Sometimes we do not have all of the keys for each door, due to being a REPO. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 5-6 years I can not guarantee there has never been a leak, currently we have not seen any leaks. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. We will make sure the engine, transmission, over head air conditioner, refrigerator, and the generator operate normally (if/when applicable). These are the items most people are concerned with. We will also perform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. We will repair what is necessary. The REST is up to you!! The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There are typically some stains here or there, but nothing to really be concerned about. The tires typically have good tread on 16 inch wheels, but they have older date codes. So, since you are most likely going to purchase this RV for a cheap price, just plan on purchasing 6 new tires to be safe. There is a local tire store that will install 6 new tires for approx $1250. This coach has a 30 amp power cord hook up from the factory, as with most repos, the power cords are sometimes missing. Also, the curtains or blinds are usually tattered and worn on these older units. When an appoitment is made to pick up your item, Karolina Koaches will have your item powered up so you can feel confident that the coach functions as described in this ebay ad. All that we require is a 48 hour notice so we can have your item ready for your arrival. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition to well above avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old RV. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition to well above avg condition when compared to other 8 yr old rvs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 38 foot According to NADA. This RV is a Coachmen Cross Country 389 DS. The Cross Country is more of an entry level RV. However, like many other RVs, it is built on a air ride Freightliner chassis. Cummins turbo motor. Allison auto trans, and an Onan Quiet Diesel Gen The trailer has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter / small inverter electric Entry Steps Patio Awning Stove top Microwave Oven TVs This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. It towed a ford ranger with ease There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 5 There is room for two in the queen bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. other sofa sleeps 1 small child We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The front tires are 2013 date coded Michelin. The rear tires are Michelins as well, however they are beyond 7 yrs old and need replacement. The price posted includes 4 new rear tires 255 70 22.5,any less price the new tires are not included The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. The model is a 2009 and the title is a 2008 based off of the Ford chassis.. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There is a roof AC unit works. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The Ford V10 Fuel Injected GASoline engine runs as it should, no problems. The 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. The trim along the slides, at the floor level is messed up a little, it is hard to tell in the pix. The floor is solid, no worries. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. AT THE TIME OF THE LISTING the following was known... There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The Cummins ISB 5.9 liter DIESEL engine runs as it should, no problems. The Allison 4 speed automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. At the time of the listing the Onan generator is in working condition. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. For the buy it now price of $24999, if the rv has a location for a combo washer dryer, we will include a combo unit, for any other price, even if you see it, it is not included. For the no reserve auctions or rvs that do not have a combo unit, typically, we have some used units that we sell for $600 installed. We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch, heat, jacks if present, water, etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling for a low profit, we are NOT planning to check or go over every single detail. Typically, we only check the roof top ac, the fridge and generator. WE can not cover, repair, or go over it all and make very little or low profit. We usually liquidate our inventory and only do a basic mechanical check out. We sold over 350 units in 2008. We sold over 100 units in the 4th quarter alone!!! YES, we sold over 100 units in the supposedly worst economy ever. We are selling them because we are CHEAP. So we are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. Thus we do NOT guarantee that any dash A/C units work. ALL A/C components are "AS IS". Most do work, but we will NOT be responsible for repairing of maintaining dash A/C components. Also, we do not guarantee the following (if installed) will operate: 1) satellite systems 2) security systems 3) non-factory add-ons 4) we cannot guarantee tire life or wear 5) cruise control 6) spare tires are optional and are NOT standard equipment. ADVERTISING ERRORS: Please be aware that we are NOT PERFECT. We go to great lengths to make sure our ads are correct, BUT occasionally we do make a mistake. If you do not see it in the picture, then it probably is NOT an option on the vehicle. If you do not see floor mats, then the vehicle probably does not have them. If we do not mention a keyless entry, then we most likely do not have the keyless remote even though the vehicle might have had one when new. If you are unsure about an option, then please e-mail me and I will confirm if it has that option. SHIPPING: All sales are "AS IS, WHERE IS" but we can gladly assist with shipping arrangements. Shipping is only available after the item is PAID IN FULL. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. If you can not pay the final balance within 3 business days, please do NOT bid. If you do NOT pay the Deposit within 24 hours we reserve the right to NOT sell the item. If you do NOT pay the full amount within 3 days we reserve the right to NOT sell the item and keep the $500 deposit. As far as the deposit and final payment we do offer a couple of different options. In order to receive the $100 store credit, the entire balance must be paid within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Full payment is due within 3 days period. Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs. Please keep in mind despite the low mileage, the RV is still 9 yrs old. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 38' foot According to NADA. This RV is a Forest River Coachmen Cross Country SE it has been called SportsCoach as well. This RV would be similar to a Fleetwood diesel like the Bounder or Expedition, or the Damon Ultrasport. If you are expecting a decent to nice 14 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the jack knife sofadinette sleeps 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The rear tires need replacement. The Front tires are a 2010 date code. RV tire life is 7 yrs, so under NORMAL usage they should be good thru 2017. Most of the rear tires have plenty of tread, however they are over 7 yrs old and need replacement. ( one of the rear ones, looks like a USED tires, which is likely since the tires are living on barrowed time.) The buy it now price posted includes 4 brand new tires 255 70 22.5 is what V2GRV will put back on the RV The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. This RV is a used RV. Please keep in mind just because it has very low mileage doesnt mean it is still a 2005. V2GRV has noted some paint work has been done on some of the storage doors. Clean Car fax, supports the miles and a clear title.The pocket door from the living room and the bathroom, is wrapped. Someone prior to V2GRV's ownership has worked on it, and the track. It is currently working, but is not how Coachmen originally made it. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit that was repoed. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old RVs. The RV has had previous paint work on it, prior to my purchase. Title is clear / salvage free. The inside of the coach is probably in avg condition when compared to other 7 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 40 foot According to NADA.Nada values this RV at 146k with no options added. With thats said since i am asking approx 60% of book value, please understand i cannot allow book value for any trade in. Thanks The RV as you can see in the spec sheet was sold brand new as a 2007, during the last 7 yrs due to the chassis VIN it has been titled as a 2006. Some states will correct this with some leg work. I know from a fellow dealer Texas will. With this said, V2GRV will be giving a 2006 title for this 2007 model Elite. This coach is Coachmen Forest River Sports Coach Elite 40QS RV built on a Frieghtliner chassis. This RV is comparable to many Fleetwood , Monaco , Allegro , and Newmar products The coach has the following options/features: Hyd. Leveling Jacks Slide toppers Converter / inverter Hitch 10k capacity Aluminum wheelsair rideair brakes2 sofas Generator electric door entry awningelectric power cord reelelectric patio awning Electric Entry Steps Stove top Microwave Convection Oven TV s passs thru storageengine brake Backup Camera side view cameras This RV was just driven approx 75 miles with no trouble. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 over head AC units. Ducted air LP furnace heater The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air, it could use some service, typically a little freon goes along ways The Engine is Cat C7 350HP turbo charged direct injected diesel. The motor runs like it should The Allison automatic shifts up and down like it should An Onan generator runs like it should. It has ran for several hours under a load to ensure a trouble free operation for the new owner. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 7 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. fiberglass roof Over the past 7 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 5 There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2.other sofa 1 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch aluminum wheels. The front tires have oversized Michelin tires that are in great shape, however they are bigger than they should be. The rear tires are the originals and should be replaced. The rear tires are over 7 yrs old and cracking. The buy it now price posted includes 6 brand new tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. Payment Types: Cash, wire transfer, or certiifed check title will be held for approx 7-8 Calender days Fees: Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license fees. The customer will be responsible for registering the vehicle in their own state. Deposit I require a $500 deposit within 24 hours of winning the auction, even on holidays, since paypal is never closed. Once the deposit has been received I will be happy to schedule an appointment for the pickup of your new home. Deposits are GENERALLY 50% refundable IF and ONLY IF the partial refund request is made in person. Otherwise it is non refundable. The deposit is due PRIOR to viewing/pickup or within 24 hours, whichever comes first. If you fail to send the deposit prior to arrival I reserve the right to NOT sell the item to you. We try our best to describe our units in detail. Small items such as remotes, TV or key fob, floor mats, extra keys and cd cartridges may be missing, even though not stated as missing. The Buyer is responsible for a $295.00 dealer service fee aka documentation fee(this helps to cover the costs such as pre vehicle clean up, mailing, airport pick up ( when possible), a 30 day SC temporary permit provided by our dealership, and any other related expenses.) For scheduling a pickup please allow a MINIMUM of 48 hours after the auction ends to pick up your coach, our reason why... we may already have others scheduled and no time to work you in for the necessary time required to cover the delivery of an item. Most do work, but we will NOT be responsible for repairing of maintaining dash A/C components. Also, we do not guarantee the following (if installed) will operate: 1) satellite systems 2) security systems 3) non-factory add-ons 4) we cannot guarantee tire life or wear 5) spare tires are optional and are NOT standard equipment. If you do not see it in the picture, then it probably is NOT an option on the vehicle. If you do not see floor mats, then the vehicle probably does not have them. If I do not mention a keyless entry, then we most likely do not have the keyless remote even though the vehicle might have had one when new. SHIPPING: All sales are "AS IS, WHERE IS" but we can gladly assist with shipping arrangements. Shipping is only available after the item is PAID IN FULL. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. As far as the deposit and final payment I do offer a couple of different options. Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. Types of auctions: No Reserve means the high bidder at the end of the auction wins the item.
