Custom golf cart pull behind trailer instantly adds additional seating to any golf cart.Frame is all aluminum (Made from a club car frame)Motor and brakes have been removed to lighten the cart. Is light enough to be moved around by hand.The front of the tounge is the only steel on the frame, rest is aluminum.Wheels are not new but are in really good shape with SS hubcaps.Rear seat can be added for an additional 350.00.Uses a 1 7/8ths ball. seat bottom does have a small hole about the size of a quarter from moving it out of the garage but they are new covers.Area under the seat can be used for storage using a couple small coolers.Body was just custom painted and has the shops details on the left rear corner of the body with phone # Item can be shipped anywhere in the US if you use USHIP.COM I will help load it.

We have a 28 ft Coleman RV with slide for sale. Already set up in campground in Mount Airy, NC on a large, corner seasonal waterfront lot. Purchased last year. All inclusive! All you have to bring are your clothes! Great condition. Also included is Club Car golf cart that has been refurbished. New batteries, seat covers and dashboard. We have winter covers for all included. We just paid seasonal lot rent/fees of $1,940 for the season which is 04/01/17 - 10/31/17. You'll be responsible for metered electric bill each month. Campground has 3 pools, snack bar and 3 catch and release stocked ponds. All inside items (dishes, pots, pans, etc.) incuded as well. It took us all of last season to stock camper with everything we needed for a great camping experience. Everything you need is already there. Electric weedeater with mowing deck and battery blower included to keep site neat and tidy or you can pay owner nominal fee to take care of monthly. Lease can be transferred with campground owners' approval and newly signed lease in your name. Nice, quiet campground. At first glance we both knew this was the one for us. Its Beautiful. Now my wife said our baby must go! Ill miss the days cleaning and polishing or just sitting in her dreaming of our next adventure to Myrtle Beach, Maine or upstate New York. Our family has grown and so must we. It was comfortable for four but now our sons have beautiful women in their lives. We must now sleep six adults. A larger unit is now on the horizon.
