This RV is a Coachmen Cross Country 389 DS. The Cross Country is more of an entry level RV. However, like many other RVs, it is built on a air ride Freightliner chassis. Cummins turbo motor. Allison auto trans, and an Onan Quiet Diesel Gen The trailer has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter / small inverter electric Entry Steps Patio Awning Stove top Microwave Oven TVs This RV was just driven approx 600 miles with no trouble. It towed a ford ranger with ease There is are dual ducted ACs units that works. Ducted air There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the RV / motorhome is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 8 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 8 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 5 There is room for two in the queen bed. The sleeper sofa converts to a bed for 2. other sofa sleeps 1 small child We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. The front tires are 2013 date coded Michelin. The rear tires are Michelins as well, however they are beyond 7 yrs old and need replacement. The price posted includes 4 new rear tires 255 70 22.5,any less price the new tires are not included The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units.. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. For scheduling a pickup please allow a MINIMUM of 48 hours after the auction ends to pick up your coach, our reason why... we may already have others scheduled and no time to work you in for the necessary time required to cover the delivery of an item. Most do work, but we will NOT be responsible for repairing of maintaining dash A/C components. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. As far as the deposit and final payment I do offer a couple of different options. Pay the $500 deposit within 24 hours via Paypal or send me a confirmation # from FedEx or similar for a cashiers check within 24 hours and you will have 5 days to pay the balance. I do offer a $100 discount off of the winning bid price AFTER the $295 Doc Fee is paid. In order to receive the $100 discount, the entire balance must be paid within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Full payment is due within 5 days period. If you do not pay within the 5 days we do reserve the right to NOT sell the unit to you. I will NOT hand over my title until your funds have cleared my account, approx. 7-8 Calender days. So, if you arrive to pickup your new item and you do NOT bring cash or do a bank wire transfer then I hold the title till your funds clear MY bank or approx 7-8 Calender days. If you want to leave with your title then bring cash or do a bank transfer which usually takes 2 - 3 hours. Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. Types of auctions: No Reserve means the high bidder at the end of the auction wins the item.
