2013 Forest River Berkshire 390BH, I am the original owner and purchased this RV new from the dealer last year. All warranties are transferable. This RV is in excellent condition and has been covered when not being used. This bunkhouse RV has 4 slides (2 electric and 2 hydraulic) and opens up huge living spaces. Every component is in good working condition during and after my last summer trip back to the east coast. There are 22,863 original miles on it, and drives and runs perfectly. I have had the required oil changes done professionally at certified locations for the engine and generator as well. Generator has 280 original hours on it as well. This has a 340 HP clean burning Diesel motor with DEF tank that makes it a cleaner emissions vehicle now than the gas counterparts. It has a 100 gallon fuel tank that feeds the generator as well. I average about 9-10 miles per gallon when fully loaded. The air ride suspension is an awesome feature for these RVs and is a good partner to the powerful 6-speed automatic Allison Transmission. I preferred this model to previous years because it has a high end, marble-like floors (which I also purchased extra batch matching tiles). The 4-door stainless fridge/freezer has a built in ice-maker. The countertops are Corian and in perfect shape. The cherry cabinets adds the luxury feeling. It comes standard with a microwave/convection oven combo, but I had the dealer install a full RV size oven/range combo because my wife and I love to cook. When it comes time to do the dishes or take a shower, never worry about running out of hot water with the tankless water heater,that gets nice and hot. Both sofas and front seats are made of leather. One couch folds out into a queen bed and the dinette folds down to a bed as well. The bunk beds are comfortable and each feature drop-down tv screens with their own DVD players and 4 sets of wireless headphones. Their is a 30" flat screen in the rear bedroom and a 40" flat screen in the front living room. The bunks can be secured up and used like an additional closet when not in use. 2 central A/C units will keep you cool and both the heater and furnace will keep you warm in the winter. Don't worry about your tanks freezing as their is a tank heater to prevent that with the flip of a switch. Tons of storage inside and underneath the coach means you can hit the road prepared for longer trips than previously taken. Their is also a quick connect propane line underneath the coach that will help you be the master of the grill while tailgating or cooking for family and friends.
