This camper is in great shape inside and out! It is definitely worth coming to see, this one wont disappoint! It is very clean and nice. This is a very well built and well insulated camper. It has many nice features to make your camping time easy and fun. The layout is awesome. The space is great with good storage, and a smart kitchen layout. It has large windows and a HUGE SKYLIGHT to make the camper very LIGHT AND BRIGHT. The decor is beautiful, with neutral colors, and high quality finishes. The dining booth makes down into a spare bed. The kitchen is very smart with highly useable countertop space, and cabinet space. The kitchen is fully equipped with double door fridge/freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, hood vent, microwave, double sink, and HUGE PANTRY. The bed is easy to access, with very nice head room. There is storage space all around the bed including a closet, and cabinets. The dry bath is a great size, making it much easier and more enjoyable to use. The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, sink, large linen/storage closet, and commode all in one private room. There is nice outdoor storage as well. This camper has electric jacks with a remote to make loading and unloading a breeze. It has a heater, and an AIR CONDITIONER to keep you comfortable no mater where or what time of year. For sale is a 1984 A M General Postal Van/Truck, converted into a Wheelchair Van. It has 1,51085 Original Miles. I put a Brand-New Jasper Crate motor with a over Sized Aluminum Radiator in it and I had the Rear End ReBuilt less than 20,000 miles ago. This is a rear entry Van, but has more than enough room for a passengers and room for grocery's etc. I have also made the rear door to act as the door and a ramp to get in and out of the A M General Postal Van/Truck. I have had an Electric Wench installed to aid in the opening and closing of the rear door, even though it can be done manualy without too much trouble, even by a 70-year-old woman. (My mom) It does not have A/C, but does have a good heater. It is not too hot inside, if you have a side doors open and are moving. That is the way I have traveled in it for years. I have done/had done a lot of small things and not so small things to make the Postal Van more appealing, comfortable, to reduce noise levels and pretty much everything you can think of to reduce the heat from coming in to the cab. I still have a couple of small holes where wives are going through the firewall under the steering wheel, but nothing that a little spray foam insulation to seal the 2 or 3 holes, which are smaller than the size of a quarter, but yet enough to let some engine heat in. This is still a good running Van and I wouldn't be afraid to drive it 300-400 miles or maybe even further, if it was not too hot and the road conditions were not covered with ice or snow, since the AM General is pretty light and I have even had to have a lady push me out of her wet grass before. Van modification to make it wheelchair accessible cost in excess of: $4000, Over $7000 for the new Jasper Engine and Extra Large Aluminum Radiator, plus $1800 for the new rear end. All of which have around 20,000 miles or less. I had the Dashboard custom made by a local carpenter and instead of having the old/original ceiling insulation, which was not very good and was likely to fall down from time to time. I had a friend install a Tongue and Groove Wood Ceiling to replace the original ceiling insulation, which was not worth much as far as keeping the interior any cooler or the noise level down. In between the wood ceiling and the metal roof is spray foam insulation, which was sprayed on by a Insulation Company. You will be hard pressed to find a A M General Postal Van/Truck in this nice of condition in this nice condition anywhere. Vin: 1UTCF10F9ES290716

About 6 months later, it was transferred and titled to an institution and now titled to a Corporation. For those who might not know, MONACO stands for top of the line RV, frequently found in Resorts and are of the most desirable coach today. Out of the Monaco brand, came the Signature, very much appreciated for their luxury line and design. The MONACO Signature has 24 (twenty four) models available that year but only 2 (two) General ... the top of the line within the Monaco brand. Even though, the General Model is the ultimate luxury RV, the owner of this MONACO decided to remodel and upgrade this coach. Thus a MONACO Signature 45 Series with a Levi's Strauss theme. Everything inside is truly original down to the detail. Fabric is true and authentic Jeans, some older than others, custom bedding, Levi's fabric around the window and on the sofa bed. This is from far, the NICEST Monaco Signature ever and the only one ever made. Other nice and original features you will find on this coach are:Custom stainless steel fireplace with 2 stages heat and a remote control.Custom made natural cherry wood lighted wet bar and a 3 glasses rack underneath.Custom walk in closet that can be turn into a second bedroom. In 2005: That year, lots or almost all RV manufactures, came facing a problem with their fiberglass bodies, which started having the paint checking. Lawsuits followed and few Monaco RV were repainted. Luckily, sometime in 2009 - 2010, this coach was entirely repainted from top to bottom, front to back, using the original curved pattern. The color code was respected to match. That translates by having a shiny body, reflecting the surrounding on it's sides or having no damages beside the normal wear. See the photos that speak for themselves. Also, the roof was repainted with an anti slippery white coating. Has been sound proofed to run more silently.Rebuilt Power Inverter 3000 W Redesigned back office with stone walls. It's currently used as an office / walk-in closet but can also become a second bedroom for kids.Redone inside A/Cs ( see photos) and the larger front roof A/C has been upgraded.Tile floor in the kitchen made with marble tile, sealed and waxed. The maintenance stuff within the last weeks:All oil changed including filters. Same for the generator. Air filter. Same for the generator.Diesel filters. Same for the generator.Anti freeze. The "unfixable":There is over 5 miles of wires of all sorts in this coach. On the driver side under the mirror, there is a side camera for blind spots which is activated when using turning signal. The camera works but there is no image coming to the screen. (see photo). The technician says there might be a short somewhere but hard to detect within the 5 miles wiring. I am still working on the issue and trying to get it fix.On the center dash console, the 3 turn knob for the A/C, showing some signs of wear. Does not affect the use of the panel. Today, this Gorgeous MONACO Signature 45 Series is offered for sale at a reasonable price. It has ALL options offered by the manufacture except the king size bed .... but it has the oversize walk in closet / office for instance and a 575 HP Cummins. The MONACO Signature has 24 (twenty four) models available that year but only 2 (two) General ... the top of the line within the Monaco brand. Even though, the General Model is the ultimate luxury RV, the owner of this MONACO decided to remodel and upgrade this coach. Thus a MONACO Signature 45 Series with a Levi's Strauss theme. Everything inside is truly original down to the detail. Fabric is true and authentic Jeans, some older than others, custom bedding, Levi's fabric around the window and on the sofa bed. In 2005: That year, lots or almost all RV manufactures, came facing a problem with their fiberglass bodies, which started having the paint checking. Lawsuits followed and few Monaco RV were repainted. Luckily, sometime in 2009 - 2010, this coach was entirely repainted from top to bottom, front to back, using the original curved pattern. The color code was respected to match. That translates by having a shiny body, reflecting the surrounding on it's sides or having no damages beside the normal wear. Has been sound proofed to run more silently.Rebuilt Power Inverter 3000 W Redesigned back office with stone walls. It's currently used as an office / walk-in closet but can also become a second bedroom for kids.Redone inside A/Cs ( see photos) and the larger front roof A/C has been upgraded.Tile floor in the kitchen made with marble tile, sealed and waxed. The maintenance stuff within the last weeks:All oil changed including filters. Same for the generator. Air filter. Same for the generator.Diesel filters. Same for the generator.Anti freeze.
