I never used the queen mattress (I put in a sleep number, which is not included), and I also took out the chair, and replaced it with my lazy-boy (also not included), so both of the chair and the mattress are in new condition. The pros of this trailer are that it weighs 2865 lbs, can be pulled by most vehicles eliminating the need to purchase a special tow vehicle, and has all the features of a solid state, AC, refrigerator, and hard walled bathroom. Additionally, if your garage is 8.5' wide, it can be stored in there. The low profile and engineering of the unit have made it a dream to tow. There is no need for sway bars, and even in windy conditions, it tracked right behind my Buick Enclave. I didn't even know it was back there, except when I would go over big bumps. $19,000.00
