My sons and I were into dirt biking but have since sold bikes so no longer need toy hauler and will be replacing it with regular 5th wheel. We have priced it low to sell before winter. If doesn't sell quickly I will take it off market and re-list in spring at higher price. We have vacationed in it only 5 times (including 3 trips to Michigan) and have used it for weekend trips only 4 times. Tow vehicle is a 2009 Ford F250 Super Duty (6.4L diesel). Carefully maintained with many upgrades. Serviced annually by dealer. If you do homework to become familiar with the upscale features of this line of RVs, and also look at the sale prices of identical or comparable models, you will see that this is a top-of-the-line toy hauler at a bargain price. NOTE that there are two imperfections. (1) Factory decals were poor quality and eventually started to peel (plenty of discussion threads about this online), so have removed 95% of them. (2) Electrical power is being interrupted somewhere between the batteries and the motor that raises and lowers the bunks in the garage. I have connected two wires directly to the motor (positive and negative) and when I want to move the bunks, I clamp other ends of those wires to spare battery in garage. Bunks can then be moved by operating the wall switch. Minor inconvenience. $27,000.00

When you purchase a pre-owned vehicle it is not a new vehicle. Any used vehicle can have normal wear and blemishes. Before placing a bid please read the descriptions thoroughly and view all pictures. For RV's please note that motorized RV's are built on chassis's that are purchased typically the end of the year prior. RV's are typically titled when the RV's mfg. process is complete (usually the next year). Sometimes the RV is titled as the chassis (year prior). Example: Fleetwood purchases a chassis from Freightliner Aug. 2000. Fleetwood builds a Discovery Coach on the chassis and it is completed in May 2001. The majority of the time this coach will be titled 2001 Discovery; however, in some cases it will be titled 2000 Freightliner. My goal is to make the unit sound worse than it really is. Most of my customers think the units they pick up are in better condition than they expected. No matter how hard I try there is a chance I will overlook something (positive or negative). The few things I have overlooked in the past were small problems like a sticky latch on a basement compartment, a dirty basement compartment, a window latch that did not work, an electrical plug that did not work, etc. On the other hand, one unit I sold had a brand new washer/dryer combo that was added in one of the pantries, that I overlooked! Please consider the age of this unit and realize the possibility of small repairs. Please bid accordingly. Please do not expect perfection. Please also keep in mind that digital photography has come a long way! Ususally the pictures of the units look better than they do in person (especially exterior). Fading and imperfect striping does not show up well in pictures. Please do not expect new. Consider the age of the unit you are bidding on and realize it is used and not perfect. Even brand new units are not perfect and they cost a lot more. Please do not assume. If you do not see a picture of something please call or email to check status.If you win this unit, you and I (or an associate) will personally inspect this unit together to check our accuracy. We will demo all systems for you and show you how they work if you are not familiar with. You will not leave our lot unhappy. If there is a problem we will make it right one the spot. Once you are satisified your unit is as described we will then complete the transactions paperwork as well as on-line. I do require that we both leave feedback at the time of delivery as a part of the delivery process. You will then be on your way home in you new RV!Keep in mind I have a Texas dealers license and I am bonded for your protection (I would not buy a vehicle from anyone on the internet that is not). The carpet under the dinette is slight different color, so its either faded, or the carpet has been changed. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'.
