We used it for 5 summers straight, however it has not been used for the last 2 summers. It needs a new canvas. Yes, you can absolutely use it the way it is. However, the canvas is ripped in many places and there are holes in the screens. Bugs will get in! Let me repeat, the canvas is ripped in many places and there are holes in the screens. You will need to replace the canvas or get some roles of duct tape for the rips and holes. That should do the trick! It did not leak when we used it. Although sometimes the corners of the pull out beds would get damp from the rain running down the canvas - so we just pulled the mattresses in towards the center if it rained! The wallpaper on the ceiling is cracked and peeling in places. I know… It sounds awful… but it's really not. I'm just laying it all out there so there's no surprises! If you're tired of sleeping on the ground in a tent, this is a good first time pop up camper to get you off the ground! Please look at all of the pictures carefully. There are dings and dents on the exterior. There is a also a burn to one of the interior seat cushions. Look at the pictures carefully and please ask any questions before bidding. 199 Coleman Utah camper with 2 king slide out beds, slide out dinette that converts to a bed and a bench seat that also converts to a single bed. Has front storage compartment, full bottle of propane, outdoor 2 burner stove and outside shower. Also comes with awning and screen room. Also comes with 2 extra rims with old tires, and spare tire mounted on camper. Canvas is in very good condition, no rips or tears to that or the screens. There are a couple of very small areas that have silicone on them, and one seam on the slide out has about 3 inches of stitching that just came loose last weekend. Located just south of Fultonville, may be able/willing to meet serious buyer.

Sorry I have been saying this was a 1995 model but found out it is actually a 1999 model. Up for your bid is a 1999 Coleman Westlake Pop-Up Camper. Lots of good but a little rough here and there and needs some work, repairs and restoration but it's solid and has lots of features $900 Buy-it-Now. Located about 30 miles south of Austin or between Lockhart and Bastrop. Would be great for Spring Break, Temp housing, deer lease or long driving vacation. We bought this Pop-up trailer almost two years ago and took it on several family trips and all the way up the west coast to Oregon. It goes down the road good with no problems or issues. Tires are both about two years old with less than 6K miles on them. It has two large pull out bed areas and a sofa and table area that can be made into a sleeping area. This trailer can sleep 4-6 people. It has a a working propane stove, working sink, inside shower and untested toilet and has numerous storage areas. It has a little refrigerator but it does not work. It has a hot water heater that appears to work. Problem is the water storage tank has a small crack at the inlet fitting and leaks and the water pump runs but does not pump water. Have not spent much time trying to trouble-shoot or repair. The Pop-up's top had rotted and dry vinyl coating. It was coming off in huge chunks so we removed it all and painted the top with a thick water proof mobile-home type coating. Without the vinyl cover the top is somewhat warped and curved and could use some work or bracing to straighten but still strong and solid. This is common problem with these campers and some people coat the tops with Rhino or truck bed liner material. However it works fine and the manual lift mechanisms works fine. Inside the roof is fine and works okay but sometimes in hard rain there is a slight drip coming from the roof mounted AC system. The roof AC works and blows good in fan mode but it does not get cold. When we bought it there was no AC unit roof cover. It was too ugly that way so I got one for it - but it is the wrong size and slightly too small. It needs the correct type cover - but this one has been getting us by for now. All trailer lighting exterior and interior was working fine until recently. Right now nothing works but I am trying to see if there is a loose wire or tripped breaker or blown fuse somewhere. Trailer has electric brakes but we never tried using them. Some moron cut off the round trailer connector and changed it to a common 4 terminal connector. Outside the trailer there is a good battery for lighting and a good propane cylinder and fair spare tire. Trailer takes a 2" ball. Camper has a clear Texas title. Plate expired in May. The canvass has some tears and holes and needs repairs in several areas. Most of it is good and solid and not dry rotted. . Interior needs some little fixes here and there and to be restored or repaired. Trailer frame is excellent and flooring is solid with no rot. Over all this is a good solid trailer. Once the lights are working again - you could take it out right now and go on a trip and camp out. Sure, it needs some work and repairs but its a great deal for the price. That means...YOU get to SAVE MONEY. This is actually a nice, solid little camper! Sure, it's a 23 year old popup...but all in all? It's held up VERY WELL. The floors and walls are solid. The cabinets look decent. The dinette table has some wear from being moved around for the last 2+ decades but it looks good too. The cushions and mattresses and curtains look good. The stove lid could use a fresh coat of rust-oleum paint and the kitchen sink needs a new faucet, but there are NO ODORS and like I said - the hard parts are nice and solid! Even the ceiling looks really good! The worst part about this camper - again, a 23 year old popup - is the tenting. It's not Sunbrella - this was before they started doing that. This is Evolution3 fabric - the stuff they make car covers from. There's some holes here and there from age (and probably careless storage), in the E-3 fabric and in the windows/screens. All of them look like they've been taped up, though, and even though it's not very neat or pretty...it should keep the weather and bugs out for you until you get a chance to either properly patch, or completely replace, the tenting. You can find new tents easily online - there's a heck of a market for these old Colemans, because the campers are so well built! This one, at (literally) a dollar a pound? DEFINITELY worth fixing up - it's a really neat little camper! The outside is about the same as the inside - nice solid hard-parts, with just the tenting being the bad part. It looks like they were using some of that spray-sealer on the seams - that's all I can think the black stuff is. Probably wouldn't have been my choice, but...well...at least they were trying. Honestly...their "fixes" look worse than the rips and tears!! But the lift system looks (and works) great. Sidewalls and end caps look great. The graphics actually look good too! The tires look nice, there's no electric brakes to worry about because it's so lightweight so all it has is a 4 pin flat plug for your tow vehicle. Fix up some soft goods, and you'll have a GREAT little camper here! Honestly - this camper would be worth more money to us if we parted it out. But then we'd have all that labor time taking it apart...and quite frankly, it's just too darned solid to tear it apart! It deserves a new set of canvas, and another 23 years of camping fun! Is it basic? Sure - no heat, no air, no fridge, no hot water...but that's also no stuff to break or replace. Want to get into camping without blowing the budget? No need to upsize your car or truck? LOCAL PICKUP ONLY I WON'T DELIVER YOU MUST PICKUP. Must be paid in cash within three days of end of auction or I must relist the item, no exceptions. When this Coleman Niagara by Fleetwood popup came out it was the crème of the crop because of the many features it offered, even still today it has more to offer than most popups. This isn't like those teeny tiny popups, this popup is actually quite roomy inside. I am also including some extras like a TV, DVD player, coffee machine, microwave w/toaster, and extra indoor/outdoor table, plus much more. This popup is 11 years old and does show signs of wear. There also was some water damage and so the top exterior has been patched and repainted and the interior ceiling shows signs of water damage that has not been repaired. While it still functions good, keeping it under a roof will extend its lifetime significantly. The battery should be connected when using though as it also is attached to the break-away switch which engages the brakes should the popup become detached from your two vehicle. • An awning is also included, one of the poles is slightly bent I am pretty sure I have all or most of the owners manuals for this also. Good tires also and a clear title. I will also include the sway bar which is only a year old(keeps the popup from swaying when driving). You will need to use that, I can also include my truck hitch which has the extra ball for the sway bar. I have included a photo of the connector at the front of the popup that goes to your truck, if you don't have an electric brake system you should be ok to drive it home but should get one, as I recall I paid about $150 for the system and installation, most camper places can install it. This Santa Fe has a nice clean interior - no odors, lots of storage space, good upholstery, nice curtains, nice mattresses and good looking appliances. You get a nice 3 way fridge to keep your food cold; an LP furnace to keep you nice and warm on those cooler nights; there's a 3 burner cooktop inside and a portable LP grille for outside (that's the bag under the dinette table). And you have a galley sink that can run either off city water hookup, or from the 10 gallon under-floor tank. The floors are solid and all the furnishings look great, and so do the tents. There are a couple small ripples in the ceiling from past water leaks, but that's not unusual on these campers with the bike rack setup on the roof - people forget to seal them until after they see the ripples. But we've had crazy-heavy rain here lately and nothing inside the camper feels wet, so I'm guessing it was exactly like I said - the owner let the seals slide one rainstorm too long, they saw the ripples pop up, and then they re-sealed the roof (like you're supposed to do every year, on any RV, new or used). But that's it - a couple ripples that barely show up in the photos. If you're looking for a nice, well-equipped nicely-built popup camper to get started camping, or just to have as an "extra" camper? This could be a great choice! Just like the inside, the outside of this one looks great. Nice tents and screens, good graphics, no signs of accident damage, nice stepper door, good looking tires. This is a Coleman Sequoia pop-up camper that has been upgraded to include a 3'x7' cargo deck capable of carrying a motorcycle, atv, or a pile of firewood etc. Camper is in great condition and needs nothing. You can pick this up and take it right to your favorite campsite. Easily sleeps 5 or 6, with a king bed on one end, a queen on the other, and the dinette folds down to a double. A/C is less than 2 years old and blows cold. All the upholstery is in good shape and the beds are really comfortable. The awning and all the canvas, windows and screening is approx. 5 years old and in great shape with no holes, rips, tears or leaks. Stove has been removed to make more counter space, but I will give it to you if you want it. Faucet at sink is brand new. As a result of the upgrade, the camper now has all new (in the last year) 3500# axle, springs, hubs, tires and electric brakes. Interior lighting is LED. Exterior lights have all new lenses. Exterior 120V and 12V outlets have been added. There is also a strip of LEDs along the bottom with a remote control. Cosmetically it is not perfect, the roof is covered with hail dents and the rear plastic body panel has been banged up a little bit on the right side. Takes a 2" ball and a 7 way plug. Every once in a while a truly well-kept and cared for camper is offered for sale. Fortunately, we have just that camper. This is one of those unique opportunities for a family looking to get into camping without paying an arm and a leg. We first dismissed the idea of a pop-up camper when we were initially looking, thinking that we wouldn't enjoy it. Instead, we quickly became enamored with this particular model because of its light weight, towability, surprisingly spacious floor plan and creature comforts. The Coleman Utah CP has all the amenities of family could want in a pop-up camper. I've included several pictures showing all of the standard and optional equipment that this luxury popup comes with below. Being somewhat of a fanatical researcher, I took to the web to find out as much as I could about this camper and wanted to get owner feedback as well. From my research, Coleman got it right with this model and this particular year. Two of the items that we were cautioned about were the roof and the front mounted exterior storage chest. The older model roofs were subject to leaking because they were made in sections. This new improved one piece roof is extremely rugged and durable. The older exterior chests used wooden bottoms in their construction and consequently rotted out. Our storage chest is made of one piece molded plastic composite which holds up extremely well in the elements and over time. All of the screen is in excellent condition and the exterior canvas and vinyl have been well cared for and maintained. There are no rips or holes that we are aware of or can find. We are the second owners of this fully loaded luxury popup. We purchased it two seasons ago from its original owner who paid in excess of $18,000 for it. The camper sleeps seven and has two huge king beds. All bedding is included and is in excellent condition. My wife just washed both sets. To my knowledge there have been no pets in this camper. It has the Coleman 13,500 BTU Air conditioning unit that can easily conquer the hottest summer that Mother Nature can throw at it. We installed the second battery in parallel to the original, which gives us ample dry camping options. Additional L.E.D. parking, turn signal and brake lights were installed and we have made several other convenience enhancements during our ownership. This unit has electric actuated brakes which is unusual in a camper with a GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) of under 3500 pounds. Although Coleman didn't need to add the brakes, they did because they add a significant margin of safety and security when traveling. Many SUVs and quite a few cars are capable of towing this popup which makes it a very attractive alternative to larger campers on the market. Set up and tear down is extremely simple. My wife and I have it down to a science. The new owner of this luxury popup will receive an hour's worth of instruction from both of us as to how to setup and tear down the camper. There are also several YouTube videos showing proper setup and tear down procedures. What truly makes his camper enjoyable is the incredible amount of interior space and storage. Our family of four has ample room and never feels crowded. This unit has a pop out dining area with seating for six as well as a kitchenette that includes the following; refrigerator freezer, stove, sink with hot and cold water and several drawers for storage. We are including a microwave oven that we purchased for this camper as well as a 10' by 10' screened tent, suitable for using as an outdoor area and refuge from bugs and rain. The camper also has a shower, outdoor shower stall and a potty although we never used it. We preferred keeping that for emergencies only and used the campground bath houses. The unit's top is raised and lowered electrically. One person can easily set this camper up in under 20 minutes. There are two 20 pound propane tanks installed in front of the exterior storage chest. They are used to power the refrigerator freezer, the heater, the kitchenette stove top, the exterior stove and the water heater. The refrigerator can be run on household current, 12 volt battery power and propane. We also have a retractable awning that spans the entire length of the main cabin and extends out 10 feet. Perfect for those rainy days and preventing cabin fever. Listen carefully; camping in this camper does not make us feel like we're in a "pop-up". It gives us a real feeling of spaciousness. We have really enjoyed this camper immensely. Why are we selling it? Read on. . . We have decided to purchase a larger unit that can accommodate the four of us and a pet. 1991 Coleman Americana , This is a 1992 Coleman pop up from the days when Coleman built the best folding tent trailer on the market. I don't think there is a new camper that can compare. The camper has a roof mounted AC unit, water holding tank, two propane stoves (one inside and one outside), manual sink, propane tank mounted on the tongue, 1 7/8" ball, electrical hookup featuring regular camper plug along with the 110 adapter, under mounted stabilizer jacks on each corner. Included is a small an AC refrigerator that we used at campsites that had electricity. Factory brochure specs: Road height 47", Base weight 1550 lbs, opens up to 22' 8 " Closed: 14' 8" Brochure says it sleeps 7. Realistically you can sleep 2 - 3 adults with 2 - 3 kids.
