The 924 hours on the generator reflect the good times this coach has had. The coach is the perfect opportunity for the DIY'er looking to restore and make this coach their own or restore it to its original glory; the choice is yours. The exterior latch on the water heater is wired shut. The door on the generator compartment is held shut with a Bunge cord. The patio awning has a zip tie around it. The seller states that he has not used the swing, and it was not extended during the time the photos were taken. They don't know what happened or how long it's been like that. The owner states the water pump has been inoperable for some time, which led to the water heater not being used for some time. The interior is vintage 2002 and has character and displays that fun and adventures have been had. The 27" Panasonic in the front overhead is missing, as shown in the photos. The Norcold refrigerator is present in the Coach and was not operated on the day the pictures were taken. This is a 35 year old coach. The exterior shows signs of age with fading paint but otherwise is in good shape according to the seller.
