Now about this item... GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed, since GENERALLY it is a REPO unit. So, please do not expect new or perfect or barely used, please expect a decent 16 year old motorhome. This is coach approx 35'. This coach is a Fleetwood Southwind. This coach is NOT nice as compared to a new unit. It is decent when compared to a new motorhome. To be 16 years old this coach is pretty nice. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. The check engine lite is on and the engine runs a little rough at idle and runs good down the road. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. An generator is in good working condition please consider that it is 16+ years old. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. The following items have been checked and found to be in proper operating condition at this time unless stated otherwise: Running Lights Tires Date Code rear tires are 04 and the front are 2013. Dash AC - Blows Cool Generator Fluids Chassis & Generator Overhead AC(s) Refrigerator Furnace(s) Only one works Water System Drained and blown out for winter. Awning Main No Good Other Notes: Light above chair and couch not working. The jack panel will not turn on. The step motor needs the linkage as per the previous owner. If We did NOT check every single light, drawer, storage door latch etc. Hopefully, they are good. We feel that since this motorhome is a repo and we are selling on a no reserve, our profit will be very low, so we are NOT planning to check or go over everything. With Smooth Stable ride and quick easy setup, you will feel relaxed with this RV. Find a picture of a place you want to visit and drive this RV to it and spend the night(s). It is so easy because all you do is turn on the power, get some grocery’s and head for an RV campground Right at the Beach, In the Mountains, By the River, or anywhere. RV campground are everywhere with full hookups and usually priced at only $25-$100 per night depending on locations. We stayed in Malibu near million dollar movie star homes overlooking the Pacific Ocean for only $125 per night. This RV can be your affordable Vacation home anywhere you want it to be. With this RV you pull in to the campsite parking, Set the brake, Push Auto-level, and push the open buttons for the slides, Outside just hook up 1-2 hoses and plug in the cord. You are camped. If you want to watch TV away From home this RV has In-Motion Satellite so you can watch Satellite TV while you travel thru the wilderness and also when stopped. If you want to dry camp (camp in remote sites with no hookup) then fill the water & fuel and go. This RV sets up in less than 5 min. It has a powerful onboard generator to power the AC and comforts of home from anywhere. It has ample battery power and LP gas appliances so you don’t need the generator to cook or camp if you want Quiet. The lights are low power fluorescent (LED lighting is also available if needed) The Entertainment systems (LED Digital Flat panel TV & Bluray player, Home theater, & Stereo CD) use so little power that then could run them off invertor AC power using the included deep cycle battery’s rather than the generator. This RV looks almost as good as new and could be easily mistaken for a 2011 or new on looks alone. It’s a 32vs floorplan so it a shorter length but the slideouts open with almost a 3’ projection on each and that offers more room when camped than many much longer RVs. The modest length makes it one of the easiest to driver RVs you can buy. The Backup Camera and premium mirrors offer great visibility.
