As stated above, the vehicle that you are viewing is a 2004 Itasca Suncruiser 35 U with 2 large slide out rooms. This coach is powered by a Chevy 8.1 VORTEC V-8 with 5-speed Allison automatic transmission. Heavy duty Workhorse chassis makes for a great package! This is a quality built rig with low miles!! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Chevy 8100 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in fair shape overall. 85-95% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident, but they do have a few small weather cracking places on the sidewalls. The coach was just driven several hundred miles with no issues. The unit was just driven approx 300 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a vehicle, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is not brand new. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no major de-lam like you will often find on the full fibergalss units this age. The stripes are original and in decent shape overall. Some slight fade and cracking, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. Several spots of clear coat flake on the rear bumper. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is a 12 year old coach. Interior-The interior is overall in good shape. Everything inside shows only minor/normal wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. New wood flooring throughout. The small amount of carpet left has a few stains. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large shower with sit down platform. Way to many features to list. Overall, the inetrior is in great shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 5500 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 5 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has the residential central air conditioning system. The unit works great. The dash/cab AC has not been tested. Roof-The coach has the original fiberglass roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-Yes. 2. Jacks----YES. *****READ CAREFULLY***** This coach has the HWH 305 leveling system. It powers up and works fine when the system is cool. After it warms up, the touch panel will turn off. In most cases it will not turn back on until it cools off again. It acts like one of the relays on the control panel is going bad. We are not a HWH service center, so I cant give you an exact diagnosis. At any rate, it does need to be looked at and repaired. I honestly don't feel like it is anything major, as when its powered up everything works fine. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Partial. Very limited. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. Generally, we check the generator, AC, fridge, fluids, tires and overall driveability of these coaches. The rest is up to you. Bid accordingly. This item is being sold AS-IS. We purchased this vehicle in 2012 to travel throughout the United States and Canada, to visit national parks, civil war sites and friends and relatives. We visited the great Canadian and US national parks from east to west and north to south, from Denali in Alaska to Big Bend in Texas, from Acadia in Maine to Olympia in Washington, from Great Smokey Mountain in Tennessee and North Carolina to the many parks on the Colorado Plateau and those in between. We have seen and hiked in Banff, Jasper, and Prince Edward Island parks in Canada and dozens of state parks in most every state and Canadian province. We drove the Alcan Highway to and from Alaska and the wondrous Cassiar Highway in British Columbia. We have visited many more Civil War sites, the Plain of Abraham, site of the decisive battle between the British and French for control of Canada, and the Citadel in Quebec City and many more. We have seen up close the beauties and wonders of most every state and Canadian province. Now it is time for travels beyond so we are giving up this wonderful machine for our next ventures. The Airstream Interstate is a beautiful, functional, reliable, enjoyable, and efficient traveling machine. We have maintained it in near perfect condition. It has been garaged every winter. The Mercedes Benz dealer has serviced the chassis regularly and the local Airstream Dealer has serviced the remainder of this beautiful machine. All service records are available. FOR SALE IS A CHEAP 32' 2006 FOREST RIVER CHEROKEE 285B, 2 SLIDE OUTS, BUNK BEDS, asking $7000!! OUTSIDE::The outside is in decent condition. It has decent sides, good paint, good stripes, decent wheels/tires, 30 amp power service, electric front leveling jacks, rear leveling jacks, basement storage, gas furnace, gas water heater, holding tanks, roof air, 2 slide outs, rear ladder, and a porch awning. INSIDE: The inside is also in decent condition. At the rear of the camper is the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a slide out that has a set of bunk beds, dresser, closet, and TV hookups. In the middle of the camper is the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a double sink, Magic Chef stove, Emerson microwave, Dometic fridge/freezer, nice counter top space, and cabinets. Across from the kitchen is the slide out. The slide out has a couch that makes a bed, a dinette, lights, and blinds. At the end of the slide out is the entertainment center. The entertainment center has TV hookups, built in radio, and extra storage. Up the stairs in the hallway is the bathroom. The bathroom has a nice size glass door shower, sink, medicine cabinet, and a separate room for stool. At the front of the camper is the bedroom. The bedroom has a full size walk around bed frame, upper cabinets, side cabinets, night stands, and reading lights. Overall: The overall shape of the camper is good but NOT perfect. I pulled the unit about 175 miles and it pulled good. All the lights as well as the brakes are working. There are no leaks or odors. Please keep in mind this is a USED camper and is NOT perfect. The camper does have flaws. The outside flaws are: bent skirting from a tire blow out, a scratch by the door that is about a foot long, and normal wear. The flaws with the inside are: wear to the dining table, wear to the couch, a 3inch slice in the flooring, normal wear. This coach is powered by a Ford TRITON V10 with 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive. Heavy duty Ford chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Ford V10 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in good shape overall. 75-85% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident, but they are older. The unit was just driven approx 700 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good/average shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is not brand new. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach has no large areas of de-lam, like you will typically find on most this age. The stripes are original and in good shape overall. Some slight fade and peeling, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Rare to find one with duel panel windows not to be moisture fogged. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major flaws. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Keep in mind this is not a new coach. Interior-The interior is overall in good/average shape. Everything inside shows only normal wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The original carpet is in decent shape throughout. It has some sun fade in spots and a few stains, but nothing excessive. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower. Washer/Dryer combo. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in god shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has a late model Onan gold 5500 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 5 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has 2 roof top air conditioning systems. Both units work great. The dash/cab AC has not been properly tested, but blows air. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-yes Jacks----YES. Works great. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes/Partial. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. This listing is for a used 2013 Kraftsman 50' (total length) Drop Deck Trailer. The trailer comes with a rack that was custom built to haul 2 additional cars, making the total number of cars that can be carried 5. Although the trailer was initially purchased to haul cars, it can be used to haul equipment. As shown in the photos, the trailer was manufactured in May of 2013 and was built to our specifications. It was hauled (empty) from North Carolina (state of origin) to Northern New York where the rack was built at our facility. The trailer has only had one load of cars on it that traveled approximately 45 miles. As you can see in the pictures, the tires are new and the trailer is in excellent condition.
