2003 Terry Dakota 28 ft with one slide out. This design has the bedroom in the front living / kitchen in the middle and bathroom / Bunk beds in the back.. The awning was replaced last year. We have owned this camper since new. We have used it every year since purchased. Last winter had caused some freezing and thawing along the roof seam with the trailer sides. This caused some water leakage into the the camper. Some of the effects can be seen. I have resealed the seams over the entire camper. 3 years ago, due to a design flaw of the manufacturer, I replaced the flooring with marine grade plywood. I will use photos to show visible issues. This style of camper provides for 8 people to sleep. Makes excellent use of the 28 feet. Since it is light weight you can haul it with any full sized truck or SUV. I easily pull it with a 1996 GMC Suburban. We are now retired and are downsizing to a smaller house. We are selling it because we will no longer have free storage. We began camping with a tent, then graduated to pop-up, then our first self-contained, then this was our second. We of course have accumulated considerable camping equipment. Some of these extra camping items could be added by agreement. Below is a list of what is included with the Camper:Microwave3 burner propane stove & ovenDometic Gas/electric fridge & freezerHeater- 30,000 btu vented Air conditioner 13,500 btu vented6 gallon gas/electric water heaterQueen size island bed with storage underneathDual kitchen sinkFull bath w shower & tub w/Outside showerDinette & couch convert to beds2 rear bunk bedsAM/FM CD player and TV2 roof ventsFiberglass exterior4 stabilizing jacksCable TV hook up4 wheel electric brakesDual 30 gallon propane tanks40 gal fresh water, grey water, & waste water tanksSingle 12volt marine batteryAll appliances are working. Up for sale is a rare and sought after 1989 Fleetwood Terry Resort 35V Camper (Camping Trailer, Travel Trailer) 35' Long 9 sleeper in a Great Shape! The Camper is in a remarkably excellent condition for its age. It is amazing that you can buy practically a whole house on wheels for the price of a used car. But that's what the prices are on these things, sad for us but happy for you. This is one of the bigger models of the trailer so it is ideal for parking and keeping it in place for extended periods of time. Inside it is very cozy and well made, it seems that back in the 1980s-90s there were much better component materials and workmanship. This model features a very efficient and well-designed floor layout for maximum comfort and utility. It is perfect to use as an additional guest or play space on the property, or even a home office. It comes from a non-smoking environment. It is a rare find and we would keep it forever, but we are selling it because we are looking to get something smaller that we can regularly tow with a van. All major systems on this Travel Trailer work fine: -Water pump and plumbing -Bathroom and shower -Propane Furnace -Propane Water heater -Propane Gas Range -Vent fan in the Bathroom -Vent van in the Cooking area -Electric is working except one or two outlets -The roof is in a good shape -All windows open and close -Radio with Cassette player, Speakers throughout the trailer (can hook up iPod type player too). -The master bed and all bunks and cushions are clean -All curtains and blinds are working and clean with reasonable wear for their age -The wheels are in a great shape The Camper has three rooms: In the front, the Master bedroom with bed that sleeps two. The Master bedroom also features a small sink and a mirror. In the back, the Bunk room with two permanent bunk beds and one folding bunk bed and a dining table which also folds into an additional wider bed. The back room has a separate entrance which can be optionally used. The middle of the Camper features a living space with a sofa and an arm chair, a kitchen area with dining table and cushioned seats. The sofa folds down and can sleep two, and the dining table also folds down into a wider bed. In the middle, there is a bathroom that features a stand-up shower with sink and toilet. There is plenty of closet and storage space inside the Camper as well as outside storage compartments. This is an older model so it does not have slide-outs like the newer models which increase floor space when the trailer is parked. But on the positive side, you have less to worry about because the slide outs are known for extra leak problems around the seals. The Camper has a dual power system: 12V and standard 120V. 12V is used for lights throughout the trailer that run off the battery, and 120V works when the Camper is plugged in. The Camper plugs into a special camping power outlet at campgrounds, or into a regular home outlet using a provided adapter. This makes all power outlets active throughout the trailer, so you can have normal house style floor and reading lights, run the refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker and plug in your Computers, TVs and electric heaters. You can automatically re-charge the battery when the trailer is plugged in. The built-in Propane Furnace heats the trailer by forced hot air. In the colder seasons, if you are not using the whole trailer, we have found that it is most efficient to stay warm by using place heaters in individual rooms. We have also used a small room-style kerosene heater that makes the whole trailer toasty hot in the upstate NY winters. The Camper does not come with an air conditioner. At higher elevation, we have been fine just opening the vents and windows and using a fan. However, the Camper is equipped with a power connector on the ceiling for a standard RV air conditioner which can be installed in place of one of the vent covers on the roof not requiring any customizations. A new or budget used RV air conditioner is easy to find if needed. The trailer has three standard holding tanks: "white" for clean water, "gray" for water from the sink and shower, and "black" for the toilet. When the trailer is at a campground, and you arrive with a full clean water tank all used water collects in the tanks, which can be later drained using the standard sewer drain hose. If it is stationed and connections are available, it can be connected directly to the standard house water hose and the drain can be directly connected to the sewer pipe. Alternatively, if stationed on the property with no hook-ups nearby, the tanks can be periodically filled and emptied as needed (there are portable tank emptying containers on wheels available at RV stores). The following things need to be done, very minor: -Replace the short propane hose that goes from tanks to the main line (cost $15-20) (I just haven't gotten around to it). -Replace one of the vent covers (these cost $15-20 each); It was broken by falling acorns this week. The following minor and cosmetic repairs can be done: -Replace 2 other roof vent covers (these cost $15-20 each)--they got cracked by acorns falling on them last week from a big oak tree; note, two more vent covers have not been affected because they are made from a newer, more flexible material. -Replace some of the light covers on internal lights throughout the trailer (these are also cheap) -Replace Handle on of one of the bedroom windows -You might want to invest in re-coating the roof if you want to maximize its life (cost $200-800) depending on how you do it -Reverse the refrigerator door (one of the plastic hinges on one side is broken, but the door still stays in place; if reversed, good hinges on the other side will make it work properly) The camper comes with a clean New York State title. The original user manuals are also available. If you buy at or close enough to the asking price, you will get the leveling jacks, two full propane tanks and a deep cycle battery with battery case, a food grade water hook-up house as well as the sewer drain hose with the Travel Trailer plus miscellaneous RV cleaning and maintenance solutions. Please note that the Travel Trailer is also listed locally, so the seller reserves the right to remove the listing at any time. This one will not last very long! The buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping of the Travel Trailer.
