It provides a whole new dimension in space and comfort with the push of a button. Motorhome slideouts are a different breed from camper slides because they must not only be functional while in use but also while retracted. The mechanism is compact, rugged, quiet, reliable and is simple to operate. If it's beauty, space, comfort and dependability you're after, look no further than this 2001 Dutch Star DSDP4093.Walkaround around the exterior, you immediately notice the quality of this coach. It has real cloth awnings not cheap vinyl plus they all have metal sunshades to protect them from wear. Even the slide awnings have metal sunshades! The side radiator design allows for easy engine access, more efficient cooling, and less road debris being kicked up onto whatever you're towing. There's 50-amp shore power so you can run both roof a/c units at the same time. The pass-through basement storage is HUGE. There are two large interconnected compartments that could sleep 3 or 4 people by themselves if you had to!Moving inside, the amenities continue with such luxury features are mirrored backsplash, mirrored cabinet doors, and mirrored closet doors. The kitchen features real wood flooring and the bathroom has real tile flooring not cheap linoleum lookalikes. There's a real glass-enclosed shower/tub combo with seat that gives you unmatched space to actually use the shower and not have to hunker down like most RV showers. We even have all the original manuals to go with this coach. The rest of the coach is just as luxurious. The queen bed has an extra-comfy mattress along with underbed storage. The bedroom includes large mirrored closet spaces along with a big color tv and mirrored headboard which adds to the spaciousness. The DOME satellite dish up on the roof lets you access your favorite channels from anywhere when you subscribe to directv or dish network. We recently picked this coach up from the previous owner who was no longer able to enjoy it then drove it nearly 200 miles back to our place here in Mississippi with NO PROBLEMS. When we tell you that this coach is ready to hit the road, we aren't just whistling Dixie...we've put it to the test! With only 81K on the odometer, the 330-HP CAT turbo diesel engine is barely broken-in! It has no exhaust leaks or signs of hard use. The 7.5kw diesel genset purrs like a kitten as well.
