GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 11yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in avg condition when compared to other 11 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 35'6" foot According to NADA. This RV is a Winnebago Adventurer 35U. The 35U offers an oversized bedroom slide out. Winnebago makes also the Itasca Sunflyer Suncruiser , Outlook , View , Sightseer , and the Brave The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter rear Hitch Electric Entry Steps Patio Awning Slide Topper Awnings Stove top Microwave Convection Oven TV s 10 gallon dual heat water heater heatpump Fiberglass roof Backup Camera This RV was just drove approx 600 miles with no trouble. no oil consumption was noted There is a dual stage basement AC / Heatpump. Ducted Air. It also has a LP furnace back up. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 11 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 11 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the sofa 2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread. They are brand new less 600 mile trip home. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. Couple of things to note: the back interior wall was worked on prior to my ownership the RV was last registered in NewYork With the above being said the RV is a little more rusty than some 2004 RVs. This 2 axle 5th wheel is my retired security trailer, its in good shape for its age. 26 feet long, sleeps 5 people. There are very few dinks and scratches on the exterior. Many of which are extremely minor. I did not have time to detail it and get it all shined up, however, with a few hours of lovin' it would be golden and ready for a go. The tires are all fine, I recently had replaced two of them. There are a few broken light covers on the rear of the camper. Its got a convenient outside electricity outlet, and it is old, yes, but the awning is still very functional. We hardly ever used it though. The water, water heater, and electricity all work well. There is NO fridge in this camper, bath/shower, toilet, two sinks, couch/ pullout bed, dining table/ fold down bed, and private bedroom area. There is one propane tank but room for two. Interior is in good condition as well, no big rips or stains. Just the traffic wear on the carpet and slight discoloration due to it being an older camper.
