What you get is the TEENY tiny house on wheels! I pulled this trailer over the highest passes in Colorado behind a v6 1995 Camry!!! Built to be an enclosed trailer as well as a camper. All camper interior removable within minutes! Motorcycle or 4 wheeler hauler The idea was to make a great little trailer that I could pull without killing my wallet! Taking trips becomes much more realistic with this trailer I styled the trailer after a vintage cottage using a mixture of reclaimed materials including vintage 1950s Federal electric access Wood shake shingles, windows, flower boxes, candle lit interior, wood pattern laminate, and awnings gives you a cozy cottage feeling Trailer comes with a spare replacement window because $*#@ happens! You will be able to swap it out for ease of mind. *WINDOW AIR UNIT! Yes it has it *Mini Fridge & Microwave *Fold down Couch/Bed from a conversion van *Awnings on 3 sides! *New super bright LED tail lights *Coleman stove Condition: One window needs a small piece of wood replaced eventually, doesn't seem to change the structural soundness *Comes with entire extra set of wheels and tires (I place one spare on the tongue for weight on the road) *Should be driven with much care as it is not a regular camper, it is home built and made with house windows!!! I drove it at 55mph *Needs appropriate tongue weight to safely travel without it will wag back and forth at higher speeds *It is a very old and truly cool trailer with lots of character including multiple coats of paint and surface rust.
