Beautiful 29.8 foot RV Gulf Stream Innsbruck Travel Trailer Model 298DBS Like New. It has been used only 13 times. It has never had any pets and has always been non-smoking. Dry weight 6975 lb with every thing it's 7300 lb With a Very large slid-out. Call TONY 845-591-6283 I'll be at the camper from June 6th till June 11th so you can meet with me and view the camper. Two separate bedrooms one with a full sized bed and the other with 4 bunk beds. my main reason for purchasing this camper is that it has two separate bed rooms for privacy. My Granddaughters have there own bed rm and my wife and I have our own room. Plus the couch and kitchen table turns into beds. Also keep in mind that I spent 6 months before I purchased this camper. There are hundreds of campers out there and some are poorly made Gulf Stream is one of the best. One of the 4 bunk beds fold up so you can also use the area for large storage. In main room the sofa opens up to a bed and dining room table folds down as a small bed. you can sleep 8-10 The kitchen has a large refrigerator microwave stove and oven. There are two sinks in the kitchen. Comfortably . sized bathroom and shower. Here is some of the custom work I had done New Awning on top with very large slide out. New custom skylight which is also a vent in the kitchen. In-wall recessed built in Sony Stereo System with remote with speakers both outside & inside 8 speakers total. Comes with a TV/combo. There are also two other Flat screen HD TV's & dvd that I would be willing to sell separately Rain guards for all vents so even if it is raining you can have the vents open. I leaves the vents open while the camper sits unoccupied to keep fresh air flowing. There is central A/C and heat with vents in the floor. Awning is around 20' long and in very good shape.. I was just out in Fl and had the camper detailed. Bottom line is why pay $34000.00 for a new camper when you can purchase this one for almost half the price. Really it's like new. The main reason I'm selling it is it doesn't pay to have a camper if you can only use it two to three time a year. Me and my wife did the math and at two to three times a year we have use it 13 times or less in 4 years. There are some small scratch about 3 and that's it. Currently located at Thousand Trails campground in Clermont florida Orlando Please look it up. It's a great resort. And yes I would sell the life time membership to the camp grounds as well.
