This was a custom built Executive Presidents Model, fabricated for executives of the company. Only 6 of these were ever built and it was identified as Model 3303s for a 33 FT unit with full slide out. This is the largest Hi-Lo trailer known to have been built by the company. They used all of the best materials in construction. The original plastic toilet has been replaced with a Thetford RV Toilet Aria Classic High Profile Foot Flush ceramic toilet which has never been used. The original bed platform and stock mattress has been removed and a new platform constructed to accommodate the California King Pillow Top mattress that was added. This is a home mattress and was custom built by the "Original Mattress Factory" and like the toilet, has never been used. The owners are retired and this trailer is now too large for their lifestyle. This would be a perfect unit for someone desiring to place it on a seasonal lot or retain it in a warm climate location for use during the Winter. With all of its upgrades, it could be used for extended periods of time quite comfortably. The unit is on a storage lot in Monroe Ohio (between Cincinnati and Dayton) and prior to being put into storage, was taken to a local RV shop for full inspection, lubrication's and service as required. Included with the sale will be a set of removable Mc Kesh trailer towing mirrors that clip on to your tow vehicle in only minutes and a Reese Dual Cam Sway control weight distributing hitch. The unit would need to be picked up by the purchaser from the storage lot in Monroe Ohio (between Cincinnati and Dayton). The purchaser will need a tow vehicle with towing capacity for a trailer of this weight and they will need to have a 2 X 2 hitch receiver with an electrical brake control already installed on their vehicle at the time of pickup.

For sale is a 1992 Fleetwood Wilderness Travel Trailer in Superb Condition it is 24' long and 8' wide and sleeps 6 to 8 people. I purchased it from an individual who had just completely remodeled everything in the fall of 2013. Professionally replaced the roof and support ribs with all new plywood roof, and new rubber roof liner installed. Installed a new air conditioner, resealed all windows, installed new flooring, and installed a new door and the awning is in like new condition, no rips no tears. This travel trailer is in like new condition for its age. I purchase it in Orland, Indiana up near the Michigan / Indiana state line, I brought it down from Orland using my Ford E-150 van and it handled very easy. It is about 300 miles from Orland to Cincinnati via Indianapolis. I intended to set up the travel trailer in a Mobile Home Park and in the process was offered a mobile home that really fit my needs a little better. The travel trailer is still winterized; weighs 4300 pounds and the roof should last for at least 3 and up to 4 more summers before it needs any attention. That does not mean stuff does not happen, but the roofing material as with the other materials used was the best available. The travel trailer comes from a smoke free, pet free environment. I am asking $4800.00 or make me an offer. No low balls please. $4800.00 is a decent price and I have a clear Ohio title in hand. I was asked about items I failed to mention. Pros: Has Electric Brakes and they work great. Bearings Repacked in Fall of 2013. Tires are in very good condition and spare is brand new. Refrigerator works great, works off propane and electricity, Stove works off of propane and lights up fine. Microwave works, Propane tanks are about half full, AC works great and only needs to be ran on low to cool trailer, heater works, has drinking water, grey water and black water tanks. Still winterized. Cons: The door where the 30 amp electrical cable is kept has a broken corner, The Batteries (2) need replacing, not needed if camping where electricity is provided, One over head cabinet door needs new glass pane, Surface rust on rear bumper and front tongue. Pictures shown of broken corner, cabinet door, and surface rust. I do not need help in selling this Travel Trailer do not bother me by asking if I do.
