This 5th wheel trailer is 40' LOA with 3 automated slide outs with awnings over slideout (wardrobe, living room, kitchen) is awesome and is a great alternative to a mortgage! Or, a decadent toy hauler for the family and friends. This trailer is equipped with on board Onan 5500 generator with 210 hours, upgrade of 4 – 6 Volt batteries (only 1 year old), 3 propane tanks, fuel station, 120 gallons of fresh water holding capacity, 10 gallon water heater, and 120 sf for toys or living space in the garage. 1,000w inverter. The garage is also equipped with a glass sliding door, built in TV with DVD/CD player, heater, 2 beds that lower down and the bottom bed can convert into a couch facing either direction. Above the garage accessible from living room is a loft. The queen bed in the master bedroom rises up for great storage underneath and a slide out full closet. The master bedroom is also equipped with a TV with DVD and VCR, built in hamper, slide out wardrobe closet, it has 13 drawers, and a built in hamper.
