FOR SALE IS A CHEAP 32' 2006 FOREST RIVER CHEROKEE 285B, 2 SLIDE OUTS, BUNK BEDS, asking $7000!! OUTSIDE::The outside is in decent condition. It has decent sides, good paint, good stripes, decent wheels/tires, 30 amp power service, electric front leveling jacks, rear leveling jacks, basement storage, gas furnace, gas water heater, holding tanks, roof air, 2 slide outs, rear ladder, and a porch awning. INSIDE: The inside is also in decent condition. At the rear of the camper is the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a slide out that has a set of bunk beds, dresser, closet, and TV hookups. In the middle of the camper is the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a double sink, Magic Chef stove, Emerson microwave, Dometic fridge/freezer, nice counter top space, and cabinets. Across from the kitchen is the slide out. The slide out has a couch that makes a bed, a dinette, lights, and blinds. At the end of the slide out is the entertainment center. The entertainment center has TV hookups, built in radio, and extra storage. Up the stairs in the hallway is the bathroom. The bathroom has a nice size glass door shower, sink, medicine cabinet, and a separate room for stool. At the front of the camper is the bedroom. The bedroom has a full size walk around bed frame, upper cabinets, side cabinets, night stands, and reading lights. Overall: The overall shape of the camper is good but NOT perfect. I pulled the unit about 175 miles and it pulled good. All the lights as well as the brakes are working. There are no leaks or odors. Please keep in mind this is a USED camper and is NOT perfect. The camper does have flaws. The outside flaws are: bent skirting from a tire blow out, a scratch by the door that is about a foot long, and normal wear. The flaws with the inside are: wear to the dining table, wear to the couch, a 3inch slice in the flooring, normal wear. All of the campers here are checked out. We check out: water heaters, AC unit, furnaces, refrigerator and freezer, slide outs, water pumps, microwaves, brakes, and lights on every unit. Propane tanks and batteries are not included. They will be on it to show you everything is working and then taken back off unless you would like to purchase them. Please keep in mind that this a USED trailer and is Not perfect. There will be normal wear on this unit. The dry weight is 8280lbs. Please keep in mind that this a USED trailer and is Not perfect. There is a 7% sales tax that I must collect if you are from the following states: Indiana, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Main, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, and South Carolina. If you pay sales tax you will be given a ST-108 tax form. This form tells your state that you have already paid your tax so you will not pay tax again. There is a $100 title, tag, and documentation fee. If you are from Mexico I also have to collect sales tax. I know all Canadians will need documents faxed over to the border to which you will be crossing. This is not a problem, just call me and let me know the fax number to where you will be crossing at and I will fax the papers over. There can be a $50 discount when you show up for the camper, ask when you get here. Pick up:When picking up the camper I would like to have a 48 hour notice. When you pick up the camper I will have it backed up to the garage and plugged in so I can show you all the systems are working so you will feel confident about your purchase because I only want happy campers.
