This unit is super clean. Purchased in fall of 2014, it had then only been used twice. We have used it approximately 10 times. We are soon retiring and recently purchased a new 30 foot RV because we hope to travel extensively. Two brand new radial tires. The dinette, hide-a-bed and overhead cabinet are located on the slide opposite of the entrance door.
