Three (3) slideouts, 1 air conditioner with ducting, Remote control leveling jacks, Two (2) flat screen TV's, Fireplace. My wife and I are the 2nd owner. We purchased the fifth-wheel in May 2014 from a Kitzmiller RV in Lansing Michigan. Kitzmiller sold the unit new and then took it back on trade when the original owners traded it in. We had it delivered to an RV park in Leelanau county Michigan and lived in it this summer. We intended it to be our retirement home. No portion of the uniform charge is compensation for drafting, preparation or completion of legally binding documents required by or for state and/or any state department.
