Vacation To Go RVs is generally open by appt. only Monday-Friday, for viewing and pickup. Typically 9:30-4:30 Eastern. When you arrive to pick up your new home, you will find it plugged in to my shop. This way I can show you the fridge and AC systems etc etc... are working like its stated with in the ad, this allows you to buy with confidence that you are purchasing exactly what was advertised. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the RV is probably in avg to above avg condition when compared to other 10yr old RVs. The inside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 10 yr old RVs Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This RV is approx 33' foot According to NADA. This RV is a Allegro Open Road 32BA, built on a Workhorse chassis. Tiffin Allegro is made in the SE part of the US. allegro makes many fine RVs like the allegro bus , bay , Phaeton , Zephyr The coach has the following options/features: Leveling Jacks Converter rear Hitch Electric Entry Steps Patio AwningSlide Topper Awning Stove top Microwave Ovensleeper sofa s TV Backup Camera There are 2 roof AC unit that work. Ducted airs There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Dash AC works Nada price is nearly 44k. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 10 year old RV that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 10 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 There is room for two in the rear bed. 2 can sleep on the sofa2 on the dinette We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: over head air conditioner refrigerator pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The GM workhorse 8100 motor runs like it should. No oil leaks were noted on the trip homeThe GM Auto allison 5 speed trans shifts up and down like it should The tires have good tread. They were just installed less 600 miles ago The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. In front of the sofa the carpet fibers are think in about a 3 inch diameter area This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this rv 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. Please keep in mind these are used RVs, this means everything is generally used, tires, brakes, belts, hoses plumbing both fresh water and sewer system. SHIPPING: All sales are "AS IS, WHERE IS" but we can gladly assist with shipping arrangements. Shipping is only available after the item is PAID IN FULL. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. If you can not pay the final balance within 5 business days, please do NOT bid. . If you do NOT pay the full amount within 5 days we reserve the right to NOT sell the item and keep the $500 deposit. As far as the deposit and final payment I do offer a couple of different options. I do offer a $100 discount off of the winning bid price AFTER the $295 Doc Fee is paid. Odometer Mile: Please be aware that FEDERAL LAW says that ALL motorhome sales of vehicles that are over 16,000 lbs are considered MILES EXEMPT. This means that the miles that read on the odometer are not guaranteed. This is NOT my rule or my method. I have nothing to do with this law. THIS IS FEDERAL LAW. What it does mean is that while the miles shown are NORMALLY correct, I do NOT guarantee it. How could I possibly know the complete history of a 10-15 year old vehicle that I have only owned for very short time? On vehicles 10 years old or older the titles can be labeled exempt for miles. A large percentage of the time the older RVs have an exhaust leak. I do NOT accept PayPal for final payment, PayPal is for deposit only. After you have inspected the coach and all is well, we can go for a test drive and exchange positive feedback. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder. Types of auctions: No Reserve means the high bidder at the end of the auction wins the item. GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a Bank unit, that was repoed from an individual. I in turn bought it from the bank for the purpose of resell. However, if there was a major problem with the unit upon purchase V2GRV will either address/ correct the problem, or report the issue with in the ad. Just because the RV was repoed by the bank does not mean its life is over. Most of these RVs were voluntary turned back in, meaning "life" happened and the people could not longer keep the unit and turned it back to the bank. Sometimes some TLC may be needed on any used unit. The outside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 9 yr old RVs. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.) This coach approx 41' foot According to NADA. This coach is an Allegro Tiffin Phaeton 40' 4 slide RV built on a Freightliner Chassis. Freightliner has thier RV chassis plant right here in SC. Allegro makes other fine RVs such as the Zephyr, the Bus and the Bay. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There is 2 roof AC units that works. Ducted air LP furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is Cat C7 350HP, according to NADA. The motor is turbo charged and is diesel direct injected. The motor runs like it should. The Allison automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should A 7.5k watt Onan quiet diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 85k, this does not include 6 brand new tires This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 as it currently sits There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. other sofa 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing. Hotwater Heater Furnace entry steps Slide(s) if applicable Patio Awning We will also preform a basic check on the drivetrain, which consist of a test drive to determine if the engine, transmission and brakes seem to perform properly. Top off the fluids to proper levels. We are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC. The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Aluminum wheels too. All 6 tires are brand new less the 600 miles trip home. Under NORMAL usage they will be good thru 2021 The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about. This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory. Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home. I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. I tend to write ads making the RV sounds worse than I think it really is.. At Vacation To Go RVs we can not stress this enough that, these are used units. On all RVs especially older models there is almost always some delamation. This also includes some possible water damage. If you can not send a deposit within 24 hours please do not bid. This coach is powered by a Chevy 8.1 VORTEC V-8 with Allison 5-speed automatic transmission. Heavy duty Workhorse chassis makes for a great package! The engine runs good with no excessive smoke, noises or issues. The Chevy 8.1 engine proves plenty of power and "pep". No issues evident with the engine. The transmission shifts properly through all gear ranges. No slipping or damage found. No issues evident with transmission. The steering is tight and responsive. No excessive play or lash. Nice tight feel at all speeds. No issues evident with steering system. The heavy duty suspension gives the coach a great ride. No excessive body roll or sway. The coach sits level. No issues evident with with the suspension system. The complete drivetrain seems to be in good shape as well. We found no excessive vibration or lash. It has no excessive noises etc. No issues evident. The coach looks to have been well taken care of. The tires are in good shape overall. 80-90% on average of tread. No major dry rot or cracking evident. 22.5" tire package. The unit was just driven approx 200 miles at highway speeds. It did fine. I personally drove this coach in towing a Honda van, and it did great. Mechanically, the coach seems to be in good condition for the year. Now that the mechanics are beind us, I will go into detail about the overall condition of the exterior and interior. Exterior-As you can see in the pics, the coach is in good shape for the year. Keep in mind, this unit is not brand new. It is not perfect, nor should it be. This coach does not have the typical de-lam like you will find on many of the full fibergalss units this age. It may have a small spot or 2 but nothing at all major. The stripes are original and in good/average shape overall. Some slight fade and cracking, typical of the age. All main glass, lenses and such are in good shape as well. Both front windshiled(s) are in nice shape. The paint looks good overall. It has a few scratches and "normal" blemishes. Several spots of clear coat flake on the very upper surfaces below the windshield. As you can see in the photos, I have taken shots of all the major blemishes. This coach has fiberglass front and rear caps. Again, the coach is in good shape for the age, but it is not perfect. Interior-The interior is overall in good shape. Everything inside shows only minor/normal wear. All seating surfaces are in nice shape. The carpet is in good shape throughout. The interior roof surface is clean, with no water damage spots or stains. It has no foul odors or smells. As you can see in the pics, this is the center isle rear queen floor plan. The interior has loads of useable space. Lots of storage as well. This unit will sleep 5-6 with ease. Tons of closet/storage space. Large enclosed shower. Way to many features to list. Overall, the interior is in great shape. I Will not go into great detail about the interior, as the photos speak for themselves. Generator-This coach has an Onan 7000 gen-set. It runs and powers excellent. I ran the unit at full load for approx 10 hours with no problems. AC Units-This coach has 2 roof top air conditioning systems. Both units work great. The dash/cab AC blows air but not very cold. Roof-The coach has the original rubber roof. It is in nice shape overall. I found no major damage etc. The roof surface is solid. It looks to have been maintained properly. No leaks found with the roof. Nice shape overall. Exterior Bays- Tons of useable space. Basement storage. Rust and Corrosion-No major rust or corrosion. Slide-Out Room-yes Jacks----YES. HWH Leveling System. Works great. FRIDGE-Works great. MILES-The miles are actual, but due to South Carolina law it may be marked EXEMPT. BOOKS AND MANUALS-Yes./Partial. In closing, this is a rather rare coach in good condition. It is not a new unit, nor should it be. As the title states, this is a bank repo unit. What this means for you is it is your chance to get a good coach at a great price. It also means, that it many cases it will need some TLC. I disclose all that I am aware of, but this is by no means a warranty. We do not perform a 200 point inspection on these repo units. Generally, we check the generator, AC, fridge, fluids, tires and overall driveability of these coaches. The rest is up to you. Bid accordingly. This item is being sold AS-IS. Sidewalls are clean, with no delamination. Decals do show some fading from the sun, which is normal for a coach this age. Ducted air LP furnace The engine or dash AC comp blows cool air The Engine is Cat C7 350HP, according to NADA. The motor is turbo charged and is diesel direct injected. The motor runs like it should. The Allison automatic transmission shifts up and down like it should A 7.5k watt Onan quiet diesel generator runs and makes power like it should. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. Nada price is nearly 85k, this does not include 6 brand new tires This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. If you are expecting a decent to nice 9 year old coach that is USED this is it. I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better. There are no known roof leaks at this time. Over the past 9 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks. This coach can sleep a total of 6 as it currently sits There is room for two in the rear bed. The sofa converts to a bed for 2. other sofa 2 We are unable to take enough time to completely check out every thing on each unit. If and when applicable we will make sure the following is in proper working order: engine transmission over head air conditioner refrigerator generator operate normally (if/when applicable) pressure test the fresh water system plumbing.
